The staff were all amazing, loved the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was okay! Needed more protein options, but I know they are short staffed too. Our room was lovely. I was a little worried walking in because of remodeling, but I was super happy when we got inside. The bed was comfy too. I will definitely be bringing kiddos back on a different trip. Location was great.

The halls smelled like herbs lol but I just sprayed some room spray and it was good.

The rooms were very nice and newly upgraded. Staff was very helpful, especially when the key card was not working.

There was a lot of construction happening but understandable as they are going through renovations. This was explicitly stated to us and signs were posted throughout the property.

The check in was amazing Jasmine and Shawn was very helpful and professional. They was very helpful and explained everything very well.

The only thing I didn't like was that the 3rd party we booked through didn't tell me about the incidental price but Jasmine was very helpful and explained it to me and was understanding.

Gloria was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast and that the area was clean! She was training someone and she was training right! Great job!

The hike in price from Thursday to Friday and I did not know about the military discount until after the fact.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with wide beds and very clean bathroom and sink. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the room

The breakfast has very little options, no ham or bacon or scrambled eggs. It would be great to have these options added to the breakfast menu

Everything went very well up until breakfast, some breakfast items was unavailable and what was available (eggs) was hard, dried out and stuck to the pan. Other than that, everything else was exceptional.. the front desk clerk was very friendly and extremely helpful.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be visiting again soon

Better cooked breakfast

Breakfast was good. Excellent location, very close to Six Flags.

We had to wait about a half an hour for the person at the front desk to show up when we arrived for checkin. They apparently were closing up the pool area, and from there cannot hear the alert that someone is calling for service at the front desk.

Everything. Staff was very cordial. Very attentive to our needs. Room was clean. Towels large and soft. Great water pressure. No smells.

Could have had eggs or something hot in breakfast besides waffles. There was always a long line.

I didn’t like that they were having trouble with the cards transactions even though they were nice about it, I also didn’t like they didn’t have conjoined rooms but over all great place to stay

Clean rooms and bathroom and renovated. Near to mall and six flags. Free breakfast. . Swimming pool is very good and warm. And staff is friendly.

No bacon or sausages.
