Waterfront Hotel and Marina

No breakfast, but happy to have coffee for free

Did not liked that was given a notice a threatening notice throw us out of hotel by gary gay a manager for using electric skillet in a room. That's bowlshit, been to many hotels. None objected we cook our food on electric skillet, bacon and eggs, cabbage with onions. There were hardly any odor in a hallway, since balcony was open. No electrical hazard here. Same electrical hazard as of hotel provided coffee maker I am standing next to electric skillet. Completely unacceptable behaivor by hotel manager gary gay,. RUDe. I always take electric skillet into room and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner on it. 4 hotels before none complained. Also soap, shampoo never was provided extra.

Staff was amazing, the rate was unbelievable, that the building was accessible by keycard entry only at night, the property was in a quiet area away from busy streets and highways, so it was a nice and quite trip, with the ability to relax when needed.

The property was slightly run down, you can tell its an older property, but the price was comparable and fit the accommodations

I love having the view overlooking the river. Very pretty. I would love to come back in the summer and stay again. Looks like they possibly have a cool outdoor patio in the summer on the river. I couldn't tell because it was taken down, but it looks like their could be palm trees in the summer lol

The water in the sink and shower and a weird smell. I don't know if it's iron or well water, but it was different

The hotel is located right on the water and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our private balcony.

The only thing that could be better is WiFi access. We did not have access during our stay.

Loved the view and easy access to everything

Well the girlfriend didn’t like how the water from the sinks or showers smelled had an iron or mineral smell kinda like well water since I was raised on a farm and love to be on the lakes and rivers it didn’t bother me one bit worth coming and staying if you have a boat

Beautiful area. Great breakfast place across street. Room has Fridge and Microwave. Decent food delivery options nearby.

Room temperature control couldn’t keep it warm. Not much heat for the room. Shower water smelled like a swamp or lake.

View, price, location for our plans. Owner contacted us to explain check in procedure which went flawlessly.

Wifi was spotty but I understood after he explained why. Needed fluffier pillows.

Location and proximity to the river and restaurants.

Could use a few double rooms but it's not a deal breaker. Elevator for returning groomsmen on bachelor party would be nice but also not a deal breaker.

It was a great stay! Gary is a great person and very kind, he let me stay longer. I’ll be back at the end of August again!

Loved the place. Big room, easy check-in, great view, helpful and friendly staff. Close to restaurants. Would happily stay there again.
