convenient to what we were there for

They did not clean the room the whole time I was there. Then they said you have to request it, and I did and even asked the cleaning lady to come clean after we leave when I saw her. However, she barely spoke English and basically gestured she couldn’t without some sort of authority. I kept having to go the front desk to ask for more towels, more toilet paper, etc. The front desk staff were very nice, sweet and accommodating when asked for anything, but it would have been nice if we could have come back to a clean room every day. Not what I expect from a Hilton owned hotel. It was really annoying.

I appreciated choices for breakfast, so we didn't have to have the same thing every day. Always love a fresh waffle! The staff here works hard to ensure you have what you need, and are pleasant when asked for help, information, or extra services.

They kept the ac on full blast, and we found the entire building very cold! Had to wear a sweater inside. This may be typical for the Midwest. The pool was very cold, and they no longer have the hot-tub which is in the photos.

Location is perfect for my business located very close by. Breakfast is always a nice bonus although I don't fully utilize as I'm not a big breakfast either. Coffee is always good. I use the workout room and appreciate having it available. Room's are always well-maintained.

Wish it had pool/hot tub facilities as some other Hampton's do, but that's minor really.

Clean, quiet room with comfortable beds. Facility staff were all very friendly and helpful. Free parking steps away from the lobby. The complimentary breakfast could have featured a few more items but I'm really nitpicking there. The facility snack shack was very convenient for those middle of the night cravings. Great value overall and will stay there every time I'm in that neck of the woods.

I loved the comfort of the bed. The showers were nice and clean and I liked that Neutrogena soap that was offered. I also loved the location, it was quiet and felt safe, not around busy traffic and the hotel did not have a lot of traffic as well.

I did not like that Showtime was on channel 7 and so easy to access. Disney channel is 37. My 6-year-old daughter tried to turn to Disney on the television and ended up watching hardcore porn/ sex on channel 7. This was very upsetting and really put a damper on my experience. These channels should not be so easily accessible. I was not ready to have this conversation with my child but was forced to because of this issue during our stay. Please if there is anything you can change, change this. This was really really upsetting for us.

location but particularly the pleasant and helpful staff. In particular the receptionist on the day of our arrival and especially the man who took care of the food and general cleanliness of the breakfast area. He is an ambassador for the hotel.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely look into this hotel chain when traveling again.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

I like the fact they offered breakfast. I like the fact the staff was knowledgeable about things going on in their community that we could partake in. Every suggestion provided we did and have a amazing time. We traveled from Chicago.

the staff was extremely helpful. The one gentleman working the desk was there throughout the weekend and was very helpful.
