Harrah's Joliet Casino Hotel

I loved how quiet the hotel was, and how the attached casino gave me plenty of options to eat, even late at night. Everyone was also very courteous and attentive. I would definitely come back again. Great location.

This is hard to answer, because the location was great. The interior was great. The only thing I can probably complain about is that I would have to go all the way to Joliet to enjoy Harrah's again. I wish this was closer to where I live.

The day & night front desk employees were very nice & helpful. Even the housekeepers were very friendly. One housekeeper was off work walking out the font door while I was walking in. She held the door for me & said hello. Great staff. But the morning desk employees did not say hi just talked to each other. Both mornings we were there the didn’t look up to say anything. But afternoon & night front staff employees were Great.

The room was bigger than I expected. And the bathroom was gorgeous 😍 The staff very friendly. We went to a concert at the Rialto Theater, and it was a quick, two block walk. When we came back to the hotel, we had dinner at the pizzeria, as it was the last restaurant open, and the food was delicious. Played the slots for an hour and left with a little bit of extra money in our pockets! (He won more than me though...) The bed was very comfortable and very much needed. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again 😀❤️‍🔥

The up escalator to lobby and one of the elevators to rooms were not working, but as we were leaving, there were people there to work on it.

Very nice room, large and with pretty view. Parking staff were very nice and helpful, as were the Casino staff.

The Hotel had only a 'sandwich' counter for food. The available restaurants were all closed. And unfortunately, the Hotel is located very far away from alternative restaurants (many of which were closed as well), so it was a bit of a struggle to find dinner from this location/Hotel.

The room size was fantastic.

One of the elevators needs serious maintenance, it's scary. Staff could be a bit more welcoming and helpful to be honest, but they were ok A hotel of this size should have more than one luggage cart. I had to haul heaps of bags myself as the ONE cart was being used by another person.

The room was spacious, clean and check in was simple. I like that the room key is required to use the elevator. The bathroom is large and was very clean.

Clerk at check in should not announce your room number to all in the lobby. Luggage racks do not fit in elevators well which makes getting your luggage to the room difficult.

The free covered parking garage was convenient. Not too far to walk to get to the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. And it had the biggest, most comfortable bathtub I’ve ever seen. The smell from the pizza restaurant on site makes its way through the whole place. It smelled amazing, and tasted even better.

Nice clean and friendly staff. Hotel was very clean but is a little dated. The Slice has a great selection of food. Bars were not open, but one and the staff there was helpful and very friendly.

location was a little hard to get to. Bars and restaurants were closed or limited. Needs some updating, but is still very nice place. Confused as to no luggage on their escalators because you have to use them to get to the hotel floor.

Room was HUGE, with a comfortable king bed and extra room fir a full size couch and chair. Bathroom was also large and had a massive soaking tub.

On closer inspection there was some mildew on the tub surround and the carpet needs a shapooing.

When we arrived it was a bit early for check in so we went to the casino. I put money in the slot machine. It did not register so I pushed the service button. I waited over 25 minutes for someone. Finally pulled my card and left.
