My mother reviewed previous review.. myself,Keri & my 4 kids stayed here May-June 2023 about month &half! Right when I walked in , Victor the GM was so kind and on top of my reservation ! Josh, Adam and all staff was amazing! The kitchen area was the best I’ve seen allowing access 24/7! Breakfast was always delicious and hot w fresh fruit . Being their so long w our puppy , the staff became close to kids and I and always w a SMile and helping us anyway we needed it. I recommend 10X this Hotel and thanks again personally victor, Mariel..?? Josh and Adam… amazing job and we can’t thank you enough.. my kids and I, Keri Koser! This was the 3rd hotel we stayed at in the area and I have to say I was impressed! The staff didn't try to price gouge me, nor were they rude. The room was lovely and the amenities were pretty nice. It also didn't stink of rot or have damaged furniture like one of the other locations we stayed at.

The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the fact that the desk attendant, the next morning of our stay, had just up and left somewhere. We stood there for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to check us out. If we had been in a hurry to catch a flight or something, this could have been bad. Just something to improve. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

one of the best hotels I stayed this year, I spoke for many more hotels that allow dogs, and the pool will work but they said no, Pool is not working, blah blah no pets blah blah, I found this place and it did what I expected required for 4 days in a row, excellent, the girl and the guys at the reception are super friendly,

The room was nice. The bed was so comfortable that it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I actually slept really well and didn’t mind just sitting in the room relaxing.

The breakfast was ok. The pancake machine didn’t work either of the days I stayed so I was a little disappointed.

Our room was right across the hall from a meeting room -- and Saturday morning there was some very loud talking and laughter that started very early between 6:30 and 7 am -- not really good for sleeping.

It was clean and close to restaurants and shopping. The continental breakfast was average but it was well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub while we were there

I have to mention this first as I was really impressed. There is a small indoor pool and hot tub here. We’ve been traveling across the country during the spread of the delta Covid variant and this is the first place where we could use the pool. This is because they were booking it one room at a time. You would reserve the pool for an hour. This was so great and thanks for implementing this! It was nice to finally have a swim after a hot day of driving. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast was the usual cheap American chain hotel fare so not great, but no worse than anywhere else. Nice convenient location. This was one of our “breaks” from driving and spent two nights here so we could see Starved Rock and some other parks. But also close to the freeway to be on our way. North Joliet seemed nice. I guess some other parts can be a bit dodgy but this area seemed like a safe bedroom community.

Really nothing. It was a very pleasant stay.

Pool hours and restrictions are ridiculous. only 1 room alloyed in the pool for an hour and if it’s booked when you have time to use it you’re screwed. Dont get to enjoy the amenities you’re paying for. Breakfast was served between 6 and 9. By 8:15 all the hot entrees except the eggs were gone and not replenished.

Staff was friendly and lobby has nice things like coffee and tea machines that are open 24/7

Overwhelming pot smell through our entire floor..same as our last stay.

Staff was wonderful. Carpeting in room was worn and had many stains, although the surface appeared to have been as clean as worn carpeting can be. Refrigerator froze our food and there was no temperature control. The refrigerator in our first room did not cool and was replaced and we had no coffee maker. Someone above us flooded their bathroom and we moved to another room. Staff was very accommodating to our expressions of concern. Other than the carpeting, the room was immaculately clean.
