Updated, clean and safe. The staff here were very nice. Lovely Nespresso machine for coffee.

The shower doors wouldn’t stay closed. They kept sliding open. Also only 1 small soap bar shelf in shower. No other place to put shampoo, etc. Weird design feature, but I would still stay here again.

Rooms were well sound insulated. I was not disturbed by other guests while sleeping or in my room in general.

The breakfast lacked fresh fruit. When the city's tornado siren went off, the hotel staff gave us no indication of what to do or where a safe area was should it be necessary.

Room comfortable and all furnishings were quite new, very pleasant design. In general a very clean and new looking site.

Breakfast could have a little more variety, but was acceptable

We liked that the whole facility was non smoking. You didn't have to worry about smoking, non smoking rooms. Breakfast was very good Rooms were quiet

I am a water conservationist we were on the third floor and they seem like there could be a better way to get hot water up to the rooms

Breakfast was fine - coffee could be stronger ;) Waffles were tasty, juice was fresh. The beds and bedding/pillows were awesome! Staff was very friendly and check-in and out were smooth and quick.

Would have liked stronger coffee - but not a deal breaker.

BreKfeast was not cooked all the way .the potatoes were cold sausage wasn't cooked all the ways and the eggs staff was rude .the staff lady kept getting in the way.every. Time you try to grab food milk should of been on ice not sitting out ..the bread muffins should of. Been restock .and I got food poisoning from the food being under cook .so never again..

Cleanliness Staff friendly and attentive to needs Breakfast a REAL BREAKFAST that actually tastes good. My son enjoyed the pool for a bit it was too cold thou weather not pool. Location it was within 10 miles of EVERYTHING I needed and was visiting so that was a major PLUS ➕

Rooms were a bit smaller than usual. Missing that extra chair but I really have NOTHING to complain about it was a great stay.

Breakfast was great. Gotta love waffles! It was nice having a pool for the kids. The beds were very comfortable.

About the most quiet I've ever had at any hotel and I traveled a lot. Very clean facility's. Only issuse was the shower door wouldn't stay closed and when it did if you touched it it would open by itself.

Why don’t hotels and motels put towel racks in bathrooms any more?! What do they expect us to do with them? Just pile ‘em up wet on the floor?!
