In order of sequence. staff! Jill checked us in and she was so friendly and informative. Next our room was very clean and bed comfortable. nice linen as well. Inconsiderate idiot Men in the hall at 5 am, talking loudly! but that’s on them, not the Hotel…. Finally Breakfast! Delicious eggs, great selection of pastries, cereal and pancake machine! wonderful coffee! also staff constantly checking and cleaning after guests.

Nice and clean, nicely decorated rooms. Easy access on and off interstate. Front desk gentleman was nice.

Bed was pretty soft but that’s a minor complaint for such a decent stay. Shower curtain rod was falling down and toilet flush handle was broken. Small maintenance items

I loved the fact that it was a smoke free hotel! It was super clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. Beds were super comfy, the pool was heated, and breakfast was amazing!

I think the cost of the room was a bit much for a night. I was charged $240 for one night in the King Suite.

The desk staff was excellent. the bed was very comfortable. I actually checked the brand name of the mattress.

the bathroom toilet was not working properly. would not flush. The desk staff immediately notified a repair person and it was fixed immediately. This should have been checked prior to our arrival. I understand they were short staffed because of COVID but who ever cleaned the bathroom should have noticed how slow the toilet water was going down. They did give us a discount without being asked for our inconvenience.

I don’t believe this is the hotels fault but I had reserved a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I only got a king with one sofa bed for the 6 people I needed to accommodate. staff told me that I should not have been able to book that room through booking.com and helped accommodate us in the room we were given. not impressed with Booking.com

Updated, comfortable rooms, super clean, good staff. This was an excellent choice for a road trip stop. The bed was super comfy.

Is right off the thruway which is very convenient but a little noisy during the day. Quieted down quite a bit at night though, so did not keep us up.

Hot breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean rooms and beds were comfortable. Love the pool and hot tub.

More lighting in the bathrooms and a fan.

The staff is very nice. The breakfast was great, and I was extremely happy with how comfortable the bed was! We will be coming back! 👍

Property was clean easy to get to and get to other locations around the hotel.Bed was comfortable four pillows per bed nice touch. Sheets were smooth and comfortable. Air exchange unit and refrigerator were noisy as in every other hotel.

The room was nice and the fact that the whirl pool was open was awesome! Other hotels we have gone to they are always broken.

Not sure how well our room was cleaned because we found somebodys leftover bag of candy under the nightstand.
