The breakfast was great and satisfying. It was properly varied for most taste and preferences.
The next room occupants were rowdy and very loud throughout the night making it difficult for a good night's sleep. This was unacceptable! The hotel must control these types of guests.

Hot breakfast, generous servings, All kitchen staff were friendly and accommodating. asking questions like are you OK. Beautiful room. Loved the bathroom, shape including several mirrors. We loved the bed, hard, just what we like. So there was everything provided to make our staff very comfortable. Also, loved being on the fist floor. This hotel is highly recommended

Room was comfortable and quiet. Location was awesome close to I55 and within 10 minutes of downtown Joliet,we went to the Rialto Theatre for a concert. Pools open(we didn’t use), parking sufficient, and staff was friendly and helpful.

Building was clean, but a bit dated. Blind on the window didn't fit properly, allowing light into the room at night. This was problematic as our room was right over the front entrance.

It’s is nice let located near shopping and grocery stores. Conscientious to the expressway. The staff was friendly and assertive. The rooms were clean and you felt safe due to the protocol of the hotel cleaning staff. The General Manager Yvonne was exceptional in her attention to our needs and status of our comfort. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends who visit Chicago and the Southwest suburbs.

the breakfast was not what i expected. There was not a good selection. I stated two night and breakfast was the same each morning.
