Red Roof Inn Morton Grove

The location was great for what I needed! Food and everything close by. And only 20 minutes from the lake. I was surprised the unit was so nice and updated for what the price is.

The floor seemed to be poorly mopped. There is a damp film over the floor like it wasn’t really cleaned, just kind of had the dirt moved around and dampened lol. And my phone doesn’t work to contact the front desk.

-Not an eye popping location but a good area in which I felt pretty safe in. -For the price it was a decent stay. -Not too far from the city or o’hare airport.

-Good spot if you’re trying to save money but don’t be fooled, looks nothing like the pictures. I’m sure they enhanced or edited the pictures so they look extra clean and appealing. Don’t get me wrong though, it’s not the worst place I’ve stayed at but they do lie about how the rooms look. -Cleaning service could be a bit more thorough and clean.

Parking was monitored on camera, easy to get to rooms. older property but well maintained.

Parking lot is small. No extra pillows or blankets are available . The housekeeper did not clean our room or bring clean towels.

The staff was very nice. They were attentive to my needs.

The night we arrived in the hotel the ..guy.. fron desk he was so rude and racist too. I don't remember his name he look like muslims guy or arabe.. he was asking how i driving my car with out my driver's license even do i hand it my passport for register myself he didn't have any idea how approach to the customers he should be fired..the next day the lady i don't remember her name she was so nice she make my day thank you to her.. i give to her 10.. thank you

The room was okay, neat, the cable was okay, but the fridge was totally empty. no body lotion in the bath room though..

The break fast was terrible. Coffee and juice with a sweet bagel for break fast? Too bad. They have to take into consideration, those who don't eat/like sweet bagel. Common butter and plain bagel or croissant could have made the difference. They can do better

Friendly, efficient check-in and check-out Accommodations were not fancy, but clean and adequate I was able to sleep peacefully.

For the price, I have no complaints. The area may have been a little sketchy, and the facility was not so up-to-date, but there was really nothing wrong with it.

The caulk in the bathrooms was not anti mold ant mildew. Its readily available but not what was used. There was mpd and mldew. The tub needed the finish touched up. Its an easy repair, but nit been checked recently. The tub control trim was missing. Plus the handle and extension can off.

The people there are really nice and friendly

That the queen beds that are the best price are on the second floor . I walk with a cane so it is hard for me to go up stairs. I wish for the disability people that thay would have the beter price on the first floor

The place was very clean, good location, I liked it, it was comfortable and the price seemed good.

I did not like that next door there were people fighting that seemed very bad to me
