Great location to O’hare. 24/7 shuttle to the airport which makes it very convenient to catch the blueline downtown. If the driver knows you are going to the blueline, they will let you off at the station, saving a lot of walking at Ohare. The rooms are comfortable and clean and very quiet. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties and a waffle maker, plus cereals etc. Everything was fresh and filling. Who really needs more. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a very good restaurant on site as well and a convenience store right across the street.

All the basics you need and want from a hotel, at a reasonable price. Coffee in the room and free continental breakfast to help you get in your way in the morning. Rooms are clean, A/C did its job, free wifi, and beds & pillows were good. The staff let us check in a little early which we appreciated, and FREE PARKING. Car was safe in the lot, no issues.

The parking lot is tough to get in and out of due to its proximity to a major intersection and tollway ramps, but they can’t do anything about that. To make life easier be sure you’re driving East on Touhy and you can make a right turn in.

Having a 24 hour free shuttle to the airport. From the airport, we were able to take the train to the city which was quite convenient as we did not have to worry about dealing with traffic and having to pay for parking in the city. The pillows were very comfi : ) The location- it's close to lots of restaurants.

The front desk staff did not let us know we needed to sign up for the shuttle and we couldn't board because the shuttle was full which was quite inconveniencing. We were there for 3 nights and breakfast was the same each time.

Breakfast buffet offered hot items that were constantly replenished by staff. I also like the long hours (7 a.m.-10 a.m.) for breakfast. I requested an extra folding luggage rack and that was delivered promptly. Location of the hotel was convenient to the car rental center at ORD and the airport shuttle kindly dropped me off there the day I rented the car. Airport shuttle is available 24 hours, but you'll need to call to request it. The hotel front desk will tell you which airport arrivals door to catch the shuttle.

This property is the best budget hotel I've stayed in. Immaculately clean, the staff was extremely helpful. The beds were very comfy - firm enough to give you support but not hard. AMAZINGLY plump and cushy pillows! Lots of fresh clean towels and housekeeping upon request. Our room smelled fresh and clean! AC in our room was nice and cold! Front desk was VERY attentive to ALL of our needs. The breakfast vouchers they gave us were for the on-site restaurant called Tiffany's so EVERY morning we got a delicious, hot full breakfast. This is a very comfortable stay for a reasonable price and the staff here really help you out in any way they can. They accommodated our every request and helped us with early check-in, shuttle service and more. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Riotfest!

I had zero complaints about this hotel. You guys rocked!

The room was mostly cleaned, the bed was very comfortable and I liked the pillows. The temperature was easily kept comfortable. Free breakfast was good and served in a plentiful room. Also liked that we had till 10 to eat.

I found a half-finished meatball on the floor by the bed. Also didn't like that the bathroom had no sink. Meaning I had to exit bathroom to wash my hands. Also, a lot of guests downstairs when I was eating.

Spacious room with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. They gave us a voucher for a cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast and coffee at Tiffany's - a traditional style restaurant across the parking lot. The location was close to O'Hare and there was a free shuttle service. The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were helpful.

There did not appear to be a lot to do within walking distance. . This was not a problem for us as we were only staying the night.

I prefer a low sugar cereal for breakfast, Fruitloops wasn't a choice for me so I had scrambled eggs both times. They were good. The shuttle got us to the station for town and to the airport. Great service. The hairdryer didn't work but was fixed by the time we returned to our room after a fabulous day out.

Low fat and sugar breakfast cereal, but eggs were a good substitute.

Hard to get in/out of hotel lots (very busy corner) Very thin doors - next door person was YELLING on their phone the next morning, could hear anyone talking in hallway Weird debris appeared in tub the next morning after I took a shower the night before - we had no idea where that came from - this was concerning!
