Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Prospect Heights, an IHG Hotel

Fine 3star hotel. 4 stars in booking is a mystification.

Very small bathroom. Too soft beds. Most of the USB sockets for charging are not working, AC doesn't have keep fan mode, fan works only for cooling or heating.

The staff was very nice, they even went the extra mile to provide an accessory I forgot, the rooms are very nice, there is value for the money spent

Cleanliness could be better, the elevator was dirty and it stayed like that for the entire stay, no one cleaned my room during a 5 day stay even when requested

Great location for me working and flying out of the airport. it was very clean, well maintained. the staff were friendly. even with an arrival in around midnight-1am they were kind very helpful and gave me a nicer room as I was staying longer. after long days was always a good feeling to go back to.

breakfast was little repetitive but still great

nice room, mostly clean (tiny issues of dirt in bathroom), comfortable bed, quiet room.

Location was really off. Not familiar with area, and was not real easy to get to. The front of the hotel is a dead end parking lot.

The location is great as it applies to me and my needs. Although my stays are short as Im on the go everything is just fine, Im not picky, just expect clean,everything in working order..

Nothing really to dislike, probably the lack of eating options not being close by but you can still order take out.

I like that the hotel was close to Arlington Heights which I discovered is a nice place to hang out. Free Parking

Besides being spoken to upon check in, I wasn't spoken to again until I checked out. I'm not understanding why guest services can't say Good Morning or Good Afternoon when you are leaving or coming back into the hotel. This is by far the worst guest service I've experienced this year and I've stayed in over 20 hotels so far this year. I'm an IHG Rewards Member and this hotel will never get a second chance from me.

The room size and TV were good... the bed was comfy, the sunlight coming in was good

The fact that there was a helicopter crash across the street the second day of our stay at 6am (no one was seriously hurt, no one died), I took pictures from the room. We could not regulate the temperature properly in the room, had to constantly change temps. The pancake maker was not working, the wifi went out at one point in the room and was going slow when it came back.

The staff was nice and friendly. Besides the hair my room was nice.

* My room had someone's big ball of hair behind the couch. Showing me that whoever cleaned the room did not thoroughly clean it. * Also, the elevators have not been cleaned from the day we arrived. Due to covid I figure cleaning places like that should be an everyday thing. * This particular location does not allow the Playstation to connect to the wifi.

It was very clean

There were no drink machines or snack machines. Also our blind was broken and would not close. The traffic on the road is a bit load.

Breakfast was okay the sausage was over cooked and egg and cheese was hard I got breakfast at 7:30 am. I did like the variety so I just ate something else. The keurig in the room was worth everything!! I love my coffee. Bed was super comfortable and huge tv. Price was exceptional compared to others in the area.
