Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites O Fallon IL

The multiple charging stations built in were nice. The shower was very nice and was very clean. Loved the window shades. My sister was cold and tried to adjust the unit by the widow and was frustrated. I came back from my reunion, saw the really nice thermostat on the wall and easily adjusted the room temperature.

Now I am overly sensitive to odors and I have to say I really hated the smell of whatever is used to keep the carpets/air clean and it is not unique to your establishment. I just can’t tolerate it and when we went down for breakfast it was overpowering to the point everything tasted like cleaner. I accidentally took the vegan sausage which was awful. We just packed up, departed and stopped at Starbucks.

The property was new, modern, and stylish. It was conveniently located and easy to find. The daylight front desk clerk Josie did an outstanding job welcoming us and helping us check in early to accommodate being ready for our scheduled events after traveling over ten hours. Our room was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed the modern lighting, large television, and contemporary bathroom and shower. Our bed was extremely comfortable and we had all the amenities we could possibly need in both our room and within the facility.

It’s nothing major, but our night turn front desk clerk lacked friendliness and hospitality when we approached the desk for assistance. She was short with us and we felt as if we were bothering her.

Very good. Staff person was exceptional, friendly, and kept clean. Food was good with good selection.

Room 115 TV connection was not up to expectation. Called to problem, after fixed new problems. Room 114 for a handicap room it would have been better if the bathroom door would have been hinged on the other side. It was difficult to go past the door to open it then go out toward the front door to be able to close the bathroom door to be able to go to the bed area.

didn't get to the breakfast but staff, fitness center, room, HVAC system, bed, room location and new EASY TO USE Delta shower and bathroom outstanding. I came to stay for weekend with my nephew etc located at Scott AFB and this location is exceptional.... grocery stores, you name it. They will be stationed here for two years and i will ALWAYS stay here. Now I need to update my bonvoy info; i ALWAYS stay at a bonvoy when available. Please don't change this brand.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was clean.

The breakfast was great, everything was clean and tidy. They lady worked nonstop to clean and stock breakfast. The room was clean and fresh. The shower was wonderful. The bed was firm for both my husband and I. My son said it was good for him.

Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and breakfast nice and hot. Wide variety of channels for the kiddos. Would definitely stay again.

I thought it was great but if I had one complaint it would just be that I did not enjoy the pillows.

Clean and courteous staff. Coffee available with good coffee creamer.

There were a group of cheerleaders staying above us and they made a lot of noise but that was not any fault of the hotel staff.

I loved the location and ease of checking in. My grandbaby loved the availability of her children channels.
