The fitness facilities were great. I was happy to see a TRX system available and especially the Peloton Bike. The only thing with the bike is that the pedals didn't come with a craddle only for clip in shoes and without knowing to bring my clip in cyclig shoes, riding in regular shoes on that base was uncomfortable.

The breakfast was not the greatest. I understand they order in bulk, however, the food was the exact same every day and we were there for 3 days. We ended up going to eat at a restaurant the last day in order to get variety. The flavor in the food was very bland. I would have loved to see granola as an option for cereal or to eat with yogurt. Fresh fruit instead of just a banana would have been good, and variety of the egg and sausage options. Lastly, offer free water throughout the day. There were no option for water only coffee and other breakfast drinks.

Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Joseph at the front desk was excellent! The room we had was nice, clean, updated and modern, nice shower, comfy bed. Most of all it was QUIET! I don’t know if other guests were just being super courteous or if the soundproofing of the rooms is just that good but even with our tv off we did not hear other guests above, below, or in adjacent rooms, nor did we even hear ppl walking in the hallway, it was super nice. I will definitely stay again when over in that area for anything. I am unsure on the free breakfast as we did not utilize it, as we stayed only 1 night and slept in. Check out time is also a generous 11am. Check in is at 3 pm but Joseph checked us in early without issue! Absolutely recommend the hotel!

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was kept well stocked and had a good variety of foods available.

Our door lock battery went dead. When we returned from supper, we were locked out of our room for over 30 minutes waiting on someone to change the batteries so our cards would read again. It was 10 p.m., so we were all tired and ready for bed. The tub drain was clogged and drained very slowly. Ankle deep in water by the end of my shower. These are minir things in my opinion as cleanliness is at the top of my list and this place surpassed my expectations in that category.

Very nice facilities, clean and modern, comfortable mattress, very close to good restaurants and St. Louis casinos!

We had a boys' baseball team staying on our floor, so there was a lot of running back and forth in the halls that was very noisy. The room would have also been pretty expensive had it not been for our $200 Booking.com bonus.

The room was clean. The bathroom was generously stocked with towels, washcloths and toiletry items. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable with soft, crisp and clean sheets. So comfortable I have to know what mattress was used. The pillows were also soft and comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful; everyone was so nice!! I appreciated their energy to maintain cleanliness and my floor even smelled clean and remained pleasant during my stay. I loved the free coffee and tea made available 24hrs and the free breakfast was decent enough.

Unfortunately the only problem I had was the air vent in my room made too much noise for my taste. I found the noise of the vent about unbearable especially while working or even watching T.V. it was the only part of the room I struggled with. The staff did everything they could truffle the sound and unfortunately the position of my room was just under the ventilation unit on the roof

I specifically had noted when booking that I was in a wheelchair and needed a kingbed and shower chair...I coukd not use the shower..no one could just get a showerchair for the king room..not just 2 queen room..have one to move to rooms as needed

What you told me my rate was and what they charged me is almost $20 difference. My email from you said my total was $155.56 and when I checked my bill the hotel gave me it was $174.84. I called them once I saw this and she that was the rate Booking. Com gave them. Not happy. Hampton was NOT to charge us because Booking.com did; however Hampton DID charge us and more than what we were charged by Booking.com. Booking.com has refunded us their amount, still waiting for the refund from Hampton for what they overcharged us:(:(:(

Breakfast was delicious and location was excellent. Different items on different days was nice also. The pool was a little cool, so they turned the temp up and then it was great. Joseph at the front desk was exceptionally nice and considerate.

We had a hard time with wifi connection, and ended up talking to tech support and they were able to get our phones and tablets connected to the wifi.

Nice clean hotel. The beds were comfortable. Great location.

When we returned from dinner, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk person came to our room to inspect. They changed us to another room. I asked if they were going to find out who was smoking? He said that it would be too difficult to find out. I am sure we were not the only ones that smelled it. Still not sure if someone came into our room and smoked. It was very strong.

Easy, quiet, and comfortable hotel in the peaceful surroundings of Saint-Louis. The staff is more than friendly. And the swimming pool is actually warm

No restaurant inside the hotel, especially when there are storms pouring outside.
