Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast options and presentation were excellent, and the team was on top of keeping everything replenished and fresh. Staff was very cordial. Great experience all around.

The pool water was a bit on the cloudy side, but the towels and pool room were nice and clean. The A/C unit in the room was sub-optimal as it couldn't seem to keep the temperature steady.

Hair blower didn’t work. The signage coming off highway to Oglesby is confusing. You get off highway at sign ( coming from the south) and there is nothing there on this rural road. As we attempted to do a u-turn we were broadsided by a speeding kid in a Jeep. We were in a RV and not injured, but significant damage. The actual hotel was at the next exit. Better signage needed or instructions when you book online.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. breakfast was alright. The hotel as a whole was very quiet. the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but I use that sound to fall asleep so all good

The toilet had a cover that did not fit the toilet so was very loud when someone else was using the bathroom. The air conditioning was working perfectly, just a weird lack in the thermostat. like long pauses between turning off and on.

Room had a good size, with a sofa. Ample charging locations for electronics. Shower head head a riser so I could actually stand under it. Great breakfast, all the regulars, plus scrambled eggs.

Had a little issue with the key, but it might not have been their fault, new keys corrected the issue. It took quite a while to cool the room down, and it was kind of steamy when I first entered.

The lady who checked me in was very friendly and respectful. She explained check out times, breakfast times, and where to leave the key cards for my room. The facility was very clean and smelled clean. The room was very nice and organized. I had towels hung up nicely and the bedding was comfy and soft.

It was kind of in a dead location. There wasn't much for food options.

Location was convenient to attractions we were visiting. Breakfast was good and attendant was very friendly.

Didn't sleep very well, refrigerator was noisy and walls were pretty thin. We could hear voices/noises from bordering rooms. Jets in hot tub were kind of in weird places or almost too bubbly.

Clean comfortable room with an effective but quiet air handler. Breakfast offered eggs, bacon, reasonably good croissant egg-sausage sandwiches, yogurt, and the usual waffles and other continental items. Coffee was up to par. Hotel seemed nice and quiet.

There was one outdoor trash can at the north end of the property that had been forgotten and was overflowing. We neglected to inform management and I'm sure they would have taken care of it.

The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was welcoming. The room was clean and it was really nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. The bed and pillows made our stay extremely comfortable.

The check-in process was a little slow, but it was okay. The rooms had thin walls, we could hear everything in the hall and snoring from the room next to us.

The building was very updated, VERY CLEAN-the lobby, the breakfast area, the room. Beds were very comfortable. I didn't hear noise from any other rooms or the hallway. Rate was reasonable.

Was literally the most quiet hotel in which we have ever visited. The coffee was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was nice that they still changed our trash bins and refreshed towels, as all other hotels seem to be using covid as a reason to eliminate this very important service! All around fantastic experience. Would return in a heartbeat!

The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. I believe they cleaned to the best of their ability, but the vacuum clearly needs replaced and the bathrooms are dated so the rust/calcium/etc cannot be removed at this point. The bed linens were very clean, however, we found a couple long black hairs on them. The next day, I could see the housekeeper had long black hair, so I think they just fell off her while she was making the beds.
