Holiday Inn Club Vacations Fox River Resort at Sheridan

Lots of activities to do on the property. Very friendly staff. Pretty quiet. State parks and a town to shop in 15 minutes but secluded enough to be a beautiful view. Power flickered a couple time but immediately came back on. Overall it was awesome. Kids enjoyed the waterpark. 2 pools on property although one was closed for a pump problem.

Very thin pillows. Not enough pool towels for the whole stay had to do laundry which wasn't convenient on a 4 day trip. Property was cashless. Didn't like having to swipe my card for a $1 drink.

I like that everything was in the facility and that was closed in. I liked the staff was welcoming and the rooms were nice!

So when we first arrived I had to clean off the tables and wipe off the counters sweep the floor because there was a bunch of crumbs in there plus the table was sticky Then I had to drive out of the way to go get some food I thought there would have been food there for purchase but there's not. Besides those two things it was really nice except the beds you can tell its brand new but it just was not as comfortable as I was hoping

The building we stayed in was clean and we got upgraded for free to a nicer room. The staff was friendly and even called us in the evening to make sure everything was going well.

We came for the indoor waterpark. It is not aimed at the 1-4 year old age group as I had hoped. The splash pad was cold and my 1 year old was shivering. It was so busy and seemed like it was way over capacity. We could not find a chair to put our things on and had to use a wet corner. It was chaotic and the lazy river was nearly neck to neck with rowdy kids. Not relaxing or enjoyable. I recommend making it only available to the guests or limiting how many people you squeeze into the small space.

The room easily accommodated the 6 of us and the full kitchen made it easy to save money on a few meals

The Waterpark was not included and frankly wasn't worth the $115 we paid to go. All the activities,food,pools, and the public grill required us to load everyone and everything in the truck and drive to the main building

Fully supplied kitchen, indoor and large heated pool, outdoor pool was great with great music. Clean facilities. Check-out time is a little too early at 10am, but we were told we could use the facilities for the day which was nice. It's a nice excursion from the city and a great value. We will definitely be back.

Wish we had booked more than one night!

Amazing friendly staff in all areas of facility,couldn't ask for better service, friendlyness, cleanness, All star goes above and beyond for your stay safe,fun and everything you could imagine, My family and I have been coming here for years!

Absolutely nothing not to like

Everything was exceptional. First time there and I enjoyed myself. It's kid friendly as well as adult friendly.

I didn't know I had to have a $115 hold. So it would be nice to inform people of that. Thank God I had it.

The rooms were nice

The pressure for time share. Seemed like they would not give key to room unless you went. I didn't except it . Check in was 4 . Nothing to really do for the first day . Check out way to early . Had to go back because they gave me the regular room when I had upgraded to 2 room .

We purchased groceries and cooked breakfast in the room. We loved the kitchenette!

We would have loved to have had access to a weight/exercise room. Also, at least one building should be pet friendly. We were told that we could not bring our dog, yet we did see some other residents with their dogs.

The quietness

The unit wasn't as clean in the showers there were wet towels the furniture in this unit had a lot of stains in the seat the dishwasher was barely working the sofa bed had crumbs an hair on it.
