Pleasantly surprised based on other ratings! I was a little iffy after reading other comments, but found this facility to be GREAT!! I travel with my service animal & they put me in a room near an exit door... which was absolutely perfect for potty time! Beds slept well and certainly had plenty of pillows. My only "issue" (which was not a really big deal at all) was the bathroom was COLD and it took forever for the water to get warm. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit in Illinois.

We stayed in Hampton Inn the first night in town, and we switched our future reservations to Quality Inn because of the price difference and QUALITY! Very pleased! We will choose Quality Inn for future visits to family in the area…

We prefer first floor. We were placed on second floor and had to use ‘luggage elevator’ for our luggage. This requires staff to assist us. When they are busy, we have to wait to get our luggage upstairs…minor inconvenience, but everything else was fine!

The check-in and staff were very nice. The room was comfortable . The bathroom was clean. I've stayed here before in years past and it is a good property but needs some updates. I'm sure I'll stay again as it's a good halfway point in my travels.

The room was comfortable but had a weird smell. The chair was absolutely filthy. I mean REALLY nasty. The bathroom was clean. The bedspread had some ugly stains on it. I hope they do some deep cleaning. And Get some new furniture.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Great location right off the highway. Staff was very friendly. Pet-friendly hotel.

Electronic lock for external door not working - so anyone could come into hotel.

This location had everything one would expect to receive when traveling today, The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed slept well enough and the noise level was very acceptable. The staff was accommodating both checking in and out.

There are always things that could be improved for any location. I did not see any obvious problems and I will not nit-pick any establishment.

Welcoming, friendly, organized, staff. Very clean, neat, and updated facility. The photo of the bathroom towels kind of sums it up. The type of nice detail I normally associate with “higher end” facilities.

Location fine ,nice friendly staff,room clean and comfy.. nice breakfast.

No lift had to drag big suitcases up stairs, toiletries small bottles .

there was a constant drip in the tub. don’t know why they hadn’t fixed it. I’m sure it had been running for some time
