Parke Regency Hotel & Conf Ctr., BW Signature Collection

The hotel is very clean and the front desk staff goes above and beyond. We booked the room online and unfortunately the room we were supposed to get was having work done on it (jacuzzi room). The gentleman at the desk was able to communicate with his supervisor and we got an even better deal getting upgraded to the deluxe suite (the jacuzzi was the whole reason I booked here). Breakfast had a good variety to choose from (eggs, biscuits, gravy, a meat, along with fruit and cereal type items) we were definitely satisfied and full. I gave the hotel an 8 because of the front desk courtesy, food and cleanliness.

We went into the resturant/bar area to shoot some pool. We were told they already stopped serving food which was fine. Got a couple drinks and $5 in change from the bartender. We were into second game of pool and another employee who was at the bar drinking with a few others shut the lights off above us. No one came over and said we are closing or mentioned that part (we were there maybe 30 min) yet the lights were on directly above the rude ass employees who again were drinking... they appeared to be done with their shifts yet still represent the hotel. If it were based on these people, they deserve a 1 and that is only because of the bartender... she was pleasant

Our breakfast was pretty good. The eggs weren’t cooked all the way on the 2 day but it was busy. The ladies however were great. Friendly and did a good job keeping up with everyone. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom wasn’t dusted and drain cover was loose but overall the room was good. Restaurant/Bar very nice and food was quit excellent. Front staff very nice as well. We’ll be looking to stay again next time we’re in town.

Breakfast great, had a carry out meal from the restaurant which was very good, room very clean and comfortable, the rooms must be very sound proof as I didn't hear any other people in their rooms... wish I could have stayed longer but had to get back home.

water pressure on shower seem a little low... but, fine otherwise. I didn't find any instructions on the TV and had trouble figuring out how to get channels... neither control seemed intuitive to me. But, this is not a real problem for me as I had very little time to watch TV.

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. There is a frig & micro in each room. It is very quiet in the rooms. We heard no hall noise nor room to room noise. The rooms are very spacious. Once we found our way around we realized we were near many restaurants, shopping etc.

The breakfast could be improved on. We purchased breakfast items and ate in our room. More info could be shared about the property such as we were looking for a workout area & didn’t find there was one until we were leaving. The front desk clerk is also the airport shuttle driver so if you need something in those 15 minutes you just need to wait. This wasn’t an issue for us but sharing as information.

Was clean and nice quiet neighborhood

Did not like the breakfast! Added half and half toy coffee and it was curdled. The food looked like it had been heated up from the day before. The waffles looked like thawed out eggos that had been put in a pan of water and soaked. Just nasty. Room was nice but for the price ,it would have been nice to have breakfast and coffee.

From the time I arrived i was greeted with a smile by the light skinned girl who works the over night and I apologize for not knowing your name but your customer service skills were great I was having a lil bit of a problem and you walked me right through the whole process also the 1st shift girl Nicole again she went above and beyond for me it didn't matter from milk till the next day stayshe was there I stay in alot of hotels cause of job but I would honestly say this was one of the most enjoyable stays I was worry. Free thanks again light skinned girl & Nichole you girl are the best see yA soon Billy Wilder

There is nothing I can say bad about this place!

Staff was friendly and helpful, had called concerning how the faucet in the bathroom works and she was very kind and Patient with me, one night was not enough here.

Well because of the unfamiliarity and complexity of the tub switch off from faucet to shower, which you do by pulling at a small ring around the lip of the faucet down, simple enough but not very grip friendly wish it had a small arrows etched in for guidance. Also I did not know a pool was there which wasn’t listed on this booking site, but now I know why, it was being renovated. Great property regardless.

The staff was very accommodating and polite. The rooms were clean and updated.

The mattress on the king bed was horrible. We were there for 2 nights and after the first night we asked if we could change rooms and was told that they were booked. My husband had back issues all day and we almost found another hotel so that he could get some relief and hopefully a good nights sleep.

Very spacious, comfortable, roll-in shower was a needed accommodation. Quick and easy check-in and check-out process.

Pool was under construction. Son would’ve liked to swim.

We showed up quite late so we called and the receptionist got there quite quickly. We got checked in without a problem. The place is beautiful, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

There was an empty alcohol bottle left in the bathroom under the sink.
