Very well maintained. Clean My grand daughter was very sick and my daughter in law was staying alone with her 5 yrs old and my infant grandson. They had no transportation. The evening front Desk person Sunday May 7th. (I didn’t get her name) was the SWEETEST!! She got them some hot tea, brought it up then as she got off work went and got some cough syrup and Gatorade for my grand daughter!! She is the Example of being a compassionate person!! We will stay here over and over because of her! I am calling the Hotel to make sure they know what kind of Woman they have there. Going above and beyond is just something that is not “the norm” at this time in the world. GOD BLESS her !

Some Fd staff need to be in a Uniform and not with a Sweatshirt on to welcome guests.

It was a very neat hotel with all the amenities. Front Desk employees were very friendly. Used the nice indoor pool area and the bar food was really good. Nice comfortable rooms. Perfect location close to lots of things in Carmel.

Only problem was the Coke machine right near our room was inoperable. Told them on Sunday when we checked in and was still not usable on Friday when we left. Would have been nice to be able to get 1 there and not have to go to front desk to get 1.

Easy to find. Wonderful restaurants and sights close-by. And beautiful up-to-date hotel.

Breakfast was additional and expensive. So we chose to shop for breakfast before-hand and purchase coffee only as we were attending a birthday bash and didn't want to overeat for the price. Also, know this is difficult for the hotel to change, but the traffic noise kept us awake all night. After the birthday party, we had to drive home to Michigan on very little sleep. Like we said, not the hotel management's fault. We didn't want to change rooms as we were already settled in when we realized it.

Since Covid, our last three hotel stays have been a disaster of no staff to maintain, clean, launder, check in... and we're talking nice hotels. The Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis/Carmel was so clean and well-maintained and comfortable. The staff from registration to cleaning staff were sincerely friendly. Everyone smiled. We highly recommend this property!

the hotel does not include breakfast we paid $580 for two nights, so this added to an already expensive stay. you can buy breakfast or get the buffet, but the price was high. we went to Meijer down the street and bought breakfast items to microwave in the room.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

There was a soccer tournament and the children were very noisy and playing ball in the hallways. The staff did what they could, but I would have liked to have known that they were going to be there, maybe we would have stayed at the other Hilton in Fishers?

The hotel was in a great location and very clean and comfortable. The room was quite large. I liked the fact that you were able to purchase dinner in the hotel.

I think that breakfast should be included. The continental breakfast was $8.00 which was too much for what was offered. There were items such as fruit and cold cereal which is usually included with your room at other hotels.

I wasnt able to get the breakfast. I had an early doctors appointment. You ought to have some special packages for families that are in the hospital or going to appointments that are not from area

overall beautiful site and well maintained. most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept in! everything was if good quality and service was excellent

very little snacks available-arrived Kate and hungry would have loved a sub and a milk and apple but only 4 very spicy TV dinners plus chips and some candy

All staffs are very kind, but I'd like to point out specifically the male staff on the evening shifts during my stay, he was super friendly and always did beyond expectations. As a lone female traveler, I find his assistance very helpful.
