Everything was clean comfortable, this was the second time we stayed there. We will be using the hotel again.

The elevator was not working and we were on the 4th fl.

beds are so comphy. place is well maintained and lit. every employee we have had the pleasure of dealing with has went above and beyond. we just moved to Indy and this has been a great place to stay while trying to find a house

Everything was very clean, and smelled clean had no complaints. The woman that checked us in was great. She was pregnant and was working her little tail off. We were late coming in and in the past I have had problems with hotels giving my room away because we were late, I called and she was wonderful and took notes and was very sweet and at midnight that is very uncommon, and we still had a room!

The breakfast was terrible, and we were bummed the pool was not in working order. That should have been told at booking in my opinion. It probably would have swayed my decision a little on where to stay.

Unfortunately another person staying at the property caused damage to my vehicle. My Security system in the vehicle was able to capture the incident. I asked a person at the desk if they could notify the person that I needed to speak to them about the incident. She was able to identify the person and asked them to call me about the incident. I did not want to report a hit and run if the person would simply contact me about the situation. Do know, the employee did not in any way disclose any personal information about the person I was inquiring about. She later told me that the driver did want to meet with me to rectify the situation. The driver told me he didn't think he caused any damage, however, it was dark, my vehicle is black and it was raining. So I can, in a way, understand . We were able to come to an agreement and therefore, a Hit and Run report was avoided. THe employee contacting the driver avoided a police report and what could have been an annoying process.

The only complaint I have if any is that the property upkeep when it comes to curb side appeal was sub par for a Best Western. THe property just looked unkept for passers by. To be honest, you know the saying "You can't judge a book by its cover", well when I pulled in I thought, OH NO, this place is going to be nasty. However, once I entered the building, the contrast from what it looked like outside to what it looked like inside was remarkable. It made me wonder, how many people have driven by here looking for a room for the night and bypassed this property just because of the lack of curb appeal.

We stopped late and I had a hard time figuring out how to get in the lobby (my issue, not theirs) but the night clerk was very sweet with a great sense of humor. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. We wanted a little more than the standard hotel breakfast as we weren't going to stop for lunch so it was nice to be located close to several eating options. The price was great.

There wasn't much we didn't like. The bathroom was definitely a one person affair. Usually one of us showers while the other brushes teeth, etc. There wasn't room for that. It was hard to shut the door. Since the room was quite large, this was surprising. But it was clean so we were happy.

Location was clean and easily accessible. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Check in and out was quick. The room was the queen suite room w 2 beds. Very comfortable and beds were great. Only complaint was that there was no exhaust vent in the bathroom so the heat of the showers made for a lot of condensation in the bathroom. Other than that the stay was great! Nice breakfast available and staff even shared an extra sausage from breakfast w our basset hound as we were checking out.😁 We recommend this Best Western Plus in North Indianapolis!

Great location and great staff

They were doing renovations Which I understand, and they did apologize. I really didn’t like my room being skipped over during housekeeping hours. I didn’t like the fact that the garbage cans in the room are so small the only fit two 20once soda bottles. And I definitely didn’t like the fact that every time I flushed the toilet I had to lift the tank lid to help water fill in the tank! Such an inconvenience! I couldn’t complain to front desk because they were barely there when I needed them!

Was very clean and the staff was friendly.. the room was a good size and comfortable

We were on a road trip so all we needed was a good night sleep. Only thing I really could say I didn't like was I could hear everything that went on in the halls and it sounded like there was a very big group of kids staying there and they were running around in the halls for a bit but it was a big deal.. they didn't stay up to late but everything else was great.

Room was of a good size, clean, and didn't have a smell. The shower had a rainfall-style shower head and the water pressure was nice and strong even for the style of shower head (we showered around 5:30am). The continental breakfast was great and seems like it would have had something for everyone. Restaurant choices nearby were great and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Room was missing the hairdryer, but the front desk quickly gave us a new one.

The breakfast was good and the location was great. There was a lot of great restaurants in the area. This was my first time in Indianapolis and I loved it , very clean and beautiful place to visit. We came from Omaha Nebraska for a funeral. Next time I come back I’ll be a vacation and will stay longer.

Everything was great would have loved a indoor pool.
