Hyatt Place Indianapolis Carmel

Cleanliness stood out. This was probably the cleanest place I have stayed at in the past three years. The room size was great too. We were traveling with two young ones and we did not feel cramped at all. The WiFi was also very good (albeit insecure like all other hotels).

There were a couple of minor inconveniences. First, there was no microwave in the room. We worked around it by eating out most of the time. The 2nd was lack of kid friendly TV channels. The TV only had about 20 channels and wasn't smart enough for you to connect your tablet/phone to it either.

thought it may have had a safe and possibly more on offer to eat , breakfast was a little boring scrambled eggs daily poached would have been nice or fried , a daily banana or a apple every day water melon or other fruit would be nice granola bar on display every day !! I don’t like them there could be maybe cheese and crackers ! no hot water but a lot of t bags , lovely staff , but boring breakfast I did expect better the yogurt same same every day ! every day same breakfast ! wasn’t impressed cookie s would be nice even .

the facility was clean and was very up to date. Access was good and was especially close to the venue we went to.

Although there was a bar and "proudly serve Starbucks" sign. There wasn't anyone who could make a Starbucks coffee either in the afternoon or in the morning. We didn't do breakfast due to time restraints. Probably should train the desk clear in the ways of Starbucks. The coffee available in the afternoon was not very good.

The breakfast was delish and wonderful to have a hot meal that I didnt have to make myself!

The only negative, and this is being picky... is the acoustics of the swimming pool area was so so so loud. With five 10yo boys and a couple dads, it was deafening at times. A little sound deadening material would go along way except that it is rather humid.

there was a problem in the reservation. aparently there was a reseat and our room was double booked. so at midnight another guest opened the door on us thinking that that room was available... luckly i was awake and the person did not go in. Immediatly he realized he was entering an ocupied room.

Nice up dated modern furniture, clean room and floors.

The front desk staff told me I hadn’t paid even after showing him where it was taken from my account. More was taken from my account than what the online receipts showed me. $25 more than what was quoted on writing. I blame booking.com for the amount and dedication not the hotel.

Was asked about which floor and preferred location. Friendly staff at front desk. Lots of parking. Big room. Fresh fruit at breakfast. Felt safe. Big elevator! Was great didn't feel crowded with luggage rack.

No microwave in the room. Shower only, Bathtub options should be available. Communication with house cleaning I don't like knocking on the door at 9 when check out is 11. Meat choices at breakfast pork only.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was nice and quiet.

We picked this hotel partly for the good (and complimentary) breakfast. However, the start time seemed a bit late and didn't fit our schedule. That was disappointing. Also, there was no microwave on our room to heat up anything on our own.

LOCATION WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT FOR MY STAY NEAR THE SURGERY CENTER.

I HAD NOISY NEIGHBORS. IT WAS A THURSDAY NIGHT AND NOT A PACKED HOUSE, PERHAPS THEY COULD HAVE SPREAD THE FILLED ROOMS OUT A LITTLE MORE. I WAS HAVING SURGERY THE NEXT MORNING AND FELT THE NEIGHBORS KEPT ME FROM A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.

everything was nice and clean. we enjoyed the breakfast and that the hotel was steps away from the wedding venue we were in town for! so close and convenient.

We would have loved to have a tub in the bathroom. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
