Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices, clean, plenty of seating, family friendly. The evening dinner snack buffet with included drinks for adults was a nice surprise. After a long day of driving, and showing up with grouchy kids and tired grandparents, the swimming pool, complimentary snacks and drinks helped us relax into a fabulous Indianapolis trip.

I do not have any complaints. Nothing stands out to me for improvement. In general my family was incredibly satisfied with our experience and any negative comments would be incredibly insignificant to the quality of our stay here.

We were greeted right away and although it was busy, the staff were wonderful. The breakfast and the kick-back meals had lots of choices of plenty of food. We enjoyed the wine/cocktails at dinner as well. The room and pool areas were extremely clean and well maintained.

The only suggestion that I would make is to move the coffee away from the food area. There were busy times with lots of kids around the food making it a little difficult to get to the coffee pots. No major problem, just and inconvenience.

Breakfast had many choices including fresh fruit and yogurt to plentiful hearty sausage eggs biscuits with gravy . The waffle machine boiled eggs hot or dry cereal and more. Kids to growns it’s all there.

Very small children in the hot tub. When we adults after grulling driving through long construction and traffic we wanted to relax in the spa. 4 year olds and others were throwing beach balls in the hot tub. For one it isn’t healthy for young ones but we got splashed on trying to relax.

I was travelling home to Canada from Arizona and The Inn was a hotel I was looking to stay in on my way because I had stayed in different cities in the past. The hotel is convenient to the highway, clean, the room was spacious and people are friendly. I was not expecting happy hour to be a mini buffet with wine so was pleasantly surprised. I will seek this hotel out again when I travel in the US.

Obviously happy hour is a hit and crowded. But I arrived early and then left so that others could also enjoy their "dinner".

We booked a last minute trip, and beyond happy we chose to stay here!! The hotel was comfy, staff was amazing, the free happy hour and free dinner was an awesome amenity, as well as popcorn in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again!

The indoor/outdoor pool was a little inconvenient, the indoor side was small and extremely cold. Especially for our 2 year old. It would’ve been nice if the outdoor side was completely closed off from the inside, so the water would’ve stayed warm.

I booked our reservations with Drury, using Booking.com, solely because of availability and location. I wasn’t too familiar with Drury and went in with no expectations. All we wanted from a hotel was a clean room, breakfast, and a pool. We received that and a whole lot more. We checked in on a weekday, for a 5 night stay, and Kevin greeted us with a smile as did the rest of the staff we encountered. He gave us a thorough explanation of all the amenities Drury has to offer. Some of them I was not aware of so that was a surprise bonus. The room was fresh and clean. Their breakfast was plentiful and provided a large variety to suit anyone. The evening cocktails and snacks were an added benefit although snack is an underestimation of what they provided. Their evening snack was suitable enough to be considered a light meal. Again, bonus for those traveling families as we all know eating out is quite costly. We were pleased with the hotel and staff. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the name of the manager on duty through the week, but he went above and beyond for the guests and their safety. Would stay here again!

Very clean!! The hotel itself was clean and very well maintained. The staff was very nice. Our bed was comfy and soft. Our hotel room was very clean and very pretty. I have stayed in many many hotels and this one was a smaller hotel but we were very pleased with the decor and overall price. Very good and very little money compared to what we are used to. It is within walking distance of Red Robin.

Parking was hard to get.

Kickback time was very crowded when it first opened up, however the staff was on top of restocking the food and did a great job. Nice selection of food. Red robin in the hotel parking lot was nice for some late night dessert.

Not directly the hotel's fault, but the pool was overcrowded. Probably had about 25 people in the pool at one point. Pool is very small for a hotel of this size, like at all Drury inns.

Loved the food available, staff, rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. 2 room suite was perfect!!

I would like a better option for garbage if we opted for no housekeeping. Had to put garbage cans in hall each day. Maybe if there was a large can at the end of the hall in the am or pm?

Did not have breakfast, way to many people, which over half were kids, down there to even think of getting breakfast. This was just a lay over for us for sleeping, instead of driving all night. So that was nice.

One of the questions was how was your view. It’s along side a major highway so the noise was way high and the view was of the highway or a hospital on the other side of the property. So there you have it.
