This hotel was very clean--looked and smelled clean and staff was often seen cleaning and tidying. Staff was great so don't believe the reviews--very friendly and helpful. They offered a full breakfast for a good period of time so we were able to get something whether we were up early or wanted to sleep in a while, All facilities were available--pool, hot tub, exercise room, ice machines, laundry room etc. Room was good size and was well stocked with towels, toiletries, plenty of pillows and everything that was listed in the description. Would have liked a full-sized coffee maker in the room since I bring my own coffee(theirs was single serve that uses coffee pods} but they have coffee in lobby all morning. Room temp easily regulated, good wifi and TV channel selection. I have to say, I didn't expect to get such good accommodations for the price so I will definitely stay again when I am in the area

Decaf coffee wasn't offered at breakfast( but when asked, the lovely woman doing the breakfast set up made me a pot! Really nice!) Key cards sometimes didn't work at the side entrances and had to go around to the front to get in(minor inconvenience)

I truly loved the location. We were able to access so many places easily. The General Manager, Richard was EXTREMELY helpful and a. man of his word!

The cleaning staff kept making promises but did not fulfill them. I asked one guy to clean the room for us while we were out. He politely answered in the affirmative but did not do so. The day after, a young lady came in and cleaned but did not have enough towels. She promised to drop some off after the ones she was washing were completed but never returned. Also, wished the rooms were a bit more sound proof!

The manager, front desk staff and housekeeping are absolutely amazing! So kind! They go above and beyond! The rooms and hotel are so clean! We will always come back and I definitely recommend this hotel over all!!!!

The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom was good quality.

There was no breakfast food the first day we stayed even when we went down at 7:30. Our room wasn't cleaned why we stayed and had to go ask for clean towels and take our own trash out.

Breakfast was good, Pool was good but a bit cold. Over all not too bad just expected a little nicer for the price I paid.

Staff did not bring things to the room. Had to come down to front desk for things. Pool was kind of cold.
