Best Western Plus Fort Wayne Inn & Suites North

The staff were quite friendly and helpful. I liked the cleanliness of our room and the facilities. Our kids liked that they have an indoor pool. I liked the room rate and availability (on short notice). The noise level in the hotel was low. We didn't hear any loud disturbances throughout our stay. The hotel was located conveniently for our purposes.

Throughout our stay there was a persistent odor on the 3rd floor; as if someone was smoking something. This odor wasn't in our room, but each time we entered the hallway it was quite pungent. The indoor pool was nice, and our kids had a good time, but it is advertised as heated and the water was rather chilly. Additionally, the spa/hot tub was not in-service.

Unloaded a lot of food and water IN THE BREAKFAST AREA!!!! creating extremely LOUD noise during breakfast AROUND 8 am at 8 or 8:30 am, hall was blocked outside laundry with supplies on a pallet and allowed only a very small floor space for luggage and walking. Could have been a safety issue for guests. Both issues could have been completed at different times, not when guests are active, such as during breakfast and at checkout times when people are using the hallways to go to breakfast or exit the property.

I absolutely loved the night lady she is so sweet and an amazing worker. I tried not to bother her because she was so busy but as busy as she was she was still so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely b returning the next time we stay in Fort Wayne. She went over n beyond. The best experience withe a hotel I have ever had!

easy access off interstate, close to shopping, dining. Clean, comfortable. Friendly, professional staff. Great breakfast.

Lobby was unimpressive, carpets, furniture worn, sad looking. Infused water amenity empty. Staff was friendly, so I didn’t cancel the stay. The room was updated, comfortable. Linens, amenities all good.

We stayed one night in Ft. Wayne to visit a grandson; he was unable to visit the family reunion in Angola, IN this year. We had stayed 4 nights at Best Western Plus in Auburn, IN. Have stayed at the same hotel, through a few name changes for many years...always with family visiting us for pool visits on our Reunion trips. Due to health and Covid, this was our first trip since 2018. Both Auburn and Ft Wayne pools were not Open. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here!

I want to thank the staff, I met many of them and everyone was amazing. We had a great stay and all of our needs and questions were met. I think that the new general manager has put the emphasis on the small details to make this the best place to stay in Fort Wayne, and also made it feel like home, but where I don't have to do the extra stuff. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Front desk staff was wonderful my family enjoyed their time here my kids especially the toddler loved the warm welcoming Christmas decor I the lobby area

The laundry facilities weren't available which were part of my deciding factor in staying here so I could wash clothes as well but we made do

We like having a microwave & refrig. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast. Good location.

The outlets were too loose to hold the plug-ins & the tub was so slippery my husband was afraid of falling. The lounge chair wasn't comfortable.

We've been to this hotel before and it's always perfect for our kids my husband is in a wheelchair and the ADA rooms are perfect down to the shower chair That most hotels do not provide

We checked in with a kiosk. It was different but nice.

I wish the lady on the kiosks told us the stair case only went to the second floor.
