Tru By Hilton Fort Wayne

I loved the look and cleanliness of this place. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I also thought the lobby/play area was amazing. It's awesome that they have more amenities than just a pool and gym. They have a pool table and even boardgames to play. The location was also decent. It wasn't a long drive at all away from the art district (which is why we were there) and it was right where all the restaurants and stores were! I'd definitely like to stay there again!

The only things I didn't like, and even that is too strong of a sentiment because it's not that deep, are that there wasn't a microwave in the room (it's in the lobby), and they make the complimentary breakfast seem like it's going to be a lot different than your run of the mill continental breakfast, but it's the same thing. Also, the lighting in the room itself could have been better in that there should have been individual lights for both sides of the bed rather than one main switch controlling all the lights around the bed. It was way too bright for me to sleep while my husband was still up reading.

Was a very convenient location. The hotel was much nicer than we expected. I just wish we could have made use of the pool. Our concert ran so late we couldn't use the pool upon returning. The pool was closed. The next morning we had to return home so we couldn't use the pool.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about it was very modern with great amenities, and was very clean. I will definitely stay there again if there is another event we want to attend down there.

A very very functional hotel - comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly and the gym was perfectly adequate for a quick workout before travelling. Breakfast was decent and there were lots of games to keep kids entertained.

Breakfast was served on paper plate with plastic utensils - felt a bit wasteful but understandable. The AC in the rooms is very good but quite loud.

Very quiet, clean, and well-maintained property. Decor is bright and cheerful. Every staff member we interacted with were so welcoming! Breakfast offerings were plentiful and was kept clean and well-stocked. A wonderful stay overall!

This was our second stay at a Tru by Hilton hotel and it has quickly become our favorite. Nothing about this stay was disappointing.

My second time staying here and it's even better then the last time! We live in town and just take couple get away trips every now and then.. out of all the hotels in town since the True opened up this is Definitely our go to place! It's Truely wonderful and worth every penny spent!

Nothing at all.. Just that it rained so going outside for my Cigarette was bad but that's not the hotels fault lol.

The modern look and feel to the facility and a nice spacious room. Location and ease of access from the main roads. The staff were very friendly and the morning crew were very attentive to the breakfast bar.

I appreciate the non carpeted floors for ease of cleaning and that they are cleaner as a rule over carpet. However, that tile floor was quite cold on the footies. Under the current conditions of the world, I also understand things are somewhat limited. I was surprised that the Breakfast bar was not more expansive. Maybe I have put Hilton up a little to high on the totem pole but when I think of Hilton, I do think quality.

Although right by the highway, I did not hear the traffic at all. Room was very large and roomy and clean.

In the connecting room was a loud group of people who were up late so that was bothersome. I was also put in a handicapped room so floors were tile and I did not prepare for that( no slippers).

The breakfast was amazing! So much variety of food to meet everyone's desire for different breakfast foods (except biscuits & gravy). The 24hr coffee/tea/hot chocolate was a wonderful feature.

I wasn't crazy about not having carpet. The floor was cold to walk on as the air in the room was very cool as we wanted it to be; but we caught a lot of lint/hair on the bottoms of our socks.

Location was great. Front desk staff directed to some nice dining options

Your quiet time period of 9 - 9 was not observed some guests. I looked at the clock and it was 150 am. Maybe I should have called, or maybe someone else called the front desk, but that was a nights sleep I will never get back. Maybe if you have two staff members working at night, maybe they could just wonder on each floor though out the period

I liked the breakfast and the ample comfortable seating available. Room was very clean.

I DID NOT like hearing the toilets flush all night long and showers running through the wall. We were in room 202... think the main sewer line was right there in our wall. Very annoying.
