Was a very nice place to stay. Very clean. It was very comfortable, and staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good and the lady taking care of it kept it well stocked.

When making our reservation, we were told the pool would be warm, as we had children who love to swim. However, the pool was ice cold. The older kids endured it, but the little ones couldnt.

WOW! Booking.Com had a listing at the Gas City Best Western Plus with a hot tub/spa for only about $15 more than a regular room. I decided to go ahead and try an in-room hot tub: BEST DECISION EVER! If I hadn't had other needs, I would have stayed in that hot tub FOREVER! The room was great, the staff was great, the entire stay was fantastic! I may be coming to Gas City in the future. If so, this motel, this circumstance will be my FIRST choice.

What didn't I like? That I had to leave. I was tempted to stay an extra day, but duty called me elsewhere. No complaints. (There was one odd thing: Someone had unplugged the phone from the wall. Didn't notice that until near checkout time and not a big thing. I plugged it unto the wall and it worked perfectly.)

Great breakfast, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, fruit, toast, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurts and fruit .

Pool water was cold, but felt good after a 90 degree day. Beds were a little on the firm side.

Didn't eat breakfast there. Was a very quick visit and the location was right off the highway so we were able to get in and back out on the road quickly

The hotel is perfect if you're looking for a clean hotel to shower and sleep in.

The breakfast was yummy especially coming out of COVID where so many hotels still have a very limited breakfast options. They kept it restocked and filled throughout the whole breakfast time.

Our bathroom was a bit sketch....looked a bit unclean around the edges of the floor and like something had fallen or been disrupted under the sink in the back corner.

the total price should have been $178.08 which is what I was originally charged and around 3am they ended up charging $194.88 to the card. No explanation just a random increase for no reason.

of course the rooms are non smoking, they furnished a container for the cigarette butts, would be nice if they had a bench or something to sit on while outside smoking!!!!

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and very pleasant to work with.

The air conditioner only seemed to cool half of the room. There was wall damage right above the air conditioner and the main sheet on one of the beds was worn to the point of pilling. We laid the flat sheet over it and slept on that. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Front desk girl said she was new (first day alone) but she did exceptional! Totally thought she had been there for years. Presidential suite room is awesome and huge! Big room, cushy carpet, big bathroom, nice hot tub, and big shower.

Pool and breakfast closed due to covid. Sofa bed crappy. Son usually uses them in other hotels but said he could feel the bars and couldn't get comfortable. Last time we were there he said he almost moved to the floor. This time he didn't open it and just slept on the couch part. Pillows weird and meh. Last month and this month, room was smoldering hot when we first got in. Had to turn on air and open windows to cool it off. (Feb-Mar)
