I like the location, it is one of closest places to stay to the freeway access. There is a good Mexican restaurant across the street, The Mall is just down the road where as most of the big box stores are miles down main road where the other Motels are. The manager would ask when I saw him how my stay was going if I needed anything since I use a walker, he also told me they added the grab bars in the bath for safety and access in the rooms.

If you haven't been to Muncie the roads are rough. I have been traveling here on and off the past 20 plus years and it looks like the city has started to repave the streets starting at the end where Walmart is.

My husband and i were looking for a clean, quiet room at an affordable price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We were able to park right in front of our door. The hotel was quiet,with no noise from other rooms or the parking lot. We were very happy with our stay. If you are looking for luxury this will probably not suit your taste. We prefer an unpretentious room that is clean, quiet, comfortable, and that is exactly what we got! We will definitely stay at The Bestway Inn again when we are in Muncie!

The location met my expectations for my purposes of my travel. It was clean and well maintained, though an older structure. It was quiet. Wall outlets were sufficient to recharge whatever needed to be recharged. The location was worth its value.

The TV might have been easier to operate. Fortunately, this was not a problem for me or for this location. Have noticed that many other lodging alternatives are ditching cable TV for less costly options, the operation of which may be more difficult. Some of the usual amenities, i.e. Starbucks. Bigbies, Waffle House, Cracker Barrel and a good selection of cold beer, that I look for near a lodging location were not near by. Had to drive one to two miles to the nearest amenity.

I didn't have breakfast. The position was perfect and met my expectations. The car is next to the room. It's convenient. The room has a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient for a person traveling with their own food and allows them to save money. The bath has new fixtures and ceramic tiles on the walls.

The air conditioner is very noisy, but if you spent 12 hours driving it doesn’t matter, but staying in this hotel for a long time will be annoying. Plus the noise. There is a railway nearby, and if train whistles scare you at night, then you should take this into account when choosing a hotel. There were no clothes hangers in my room.

We had been traveling for some time and needed to dry a shirt to be ready for a wedding beginning in less than an hour. The Inn owner kindly accommodated our need by putting the shirt into his dryer for the few minutes needed. We appreciated his thoughtfulness so much!

The mothball smell of the room took awhile to get used to. We appreciated that the windows opened on each side so we could enjoy a little cross-breeze!

The quiet atmosphere was great. Gas stations 2blocks nice Mexican restaurant across the street,and more places to eat within a 3 to 4 block radius. Staff was wonderful morning and evening staff feels like friends you didn't know you had. Staff very professional, speaking asking how you're day and family doing. If your looking for peace and quiet and just to relax get some paperwork done I recommend staying here

There was no breakfast on offer, aside from coffee in the office. I did not have this coffee, although I did have my own hot drink and breakfast in my room using the provided microwave and items I brought with me.

The location was not near a major shopping area (full service grocery) or large numbers of restaurants. But this was a minor issue.

Convenient and close to family and restaurants. The room was very clean, smelled good, bed comfortable, plenty of pillows. Bathroom updated. Very good value for the price. The owner takes pride in his business. Beautiful rose garden in the front is nice.

Liked it all. Bestway is a good place to stay.

It was a very good place and piecefull

Everything was pretty good other when it came to checking out I woke up late and the owner was rushing me and I even called the office ahead of time and let them know I woke up late that it might be a little after 11AM before I got all my stuff gathered up

Vee was nice and friendly from the time I called. The beds were extremely comfortable that I actually overslept 😆. The shower was amazing and loved the hot water. The location was peaceful and exceeded my expectations!!!
