I only stayed one night and didn’t use any of the amenities. Bed was reasonable, pretty firm, but the pillows were nice. I loved the room layout and small couch that came in the King room. Lots of table space and USB ports were a plus. Shower was nice, too. My room was clean. A few normal wear and tear issues, but nothing noteworthy. I would stay here again!

Staff wasn’t very enthusiastic, but got the job done. Signs to find the elevator would be helpful, and better signage to get to the hotel from the parking garage. Everyone I ran into on the elevator had to ask where to go etc.

I got an Everything Bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was prepared in a timely manner. Location was convenient.

There was a note in our room stating if we wanted housekeeping we had to request it. We were staying at the facility because my mother was having surgery, so as we were leaving I requested clean towels and to have the trash emptied. The front desk assured me it would be taken care of. When I returned that night it had not been done. After spending all day at the hospital, I was too tired and stressed to deal with it, so I just let it go. Mom was kept at the hospital, so it was just me anyway.

Didn’t have breakfast. Love the location—I can visit family and do business from there. Love the affiliation with The Arc. I’ve been involved in The Arc in the county where I live in NC. Easy parking and easy in and out is a plus.

Last booking I requested a King size bed and upon arrival was told you were “sold out”.

it’s very confusing figuring out how to get into the building. The sign directs you to to check in by the parking garage but those doors can’t be operated without a key card. The actual entry door has a sign that says the Arc, and does not say entrance or check in, etc.

I love how the hotel is connected to the convention center. You don’t even have to go outside and walk in the cold.

We did set the room up for 4 people. When we got there we had 1- tiny shampoo, 1- tiny conditioner and only 2 bath towels available in our room. We asked for more towels and hair supplies they stated they would bring them up to us. We asked for another bottle of shampoo 3 different times, it never came. They finally brought us 2 more towels around 10 p.m. so we just had to wait until morning to shower. Also the showers are kind of an odd set up and they need a rug or something in the opening of the shower because it is open and the water causes a mist on the tile floor and becomes VERY slick!

our bathroom door was off track and had to squeeze into and out of bathroom because door jammed. it was late when we checked in and made to much noise to try to get on track but sucked couldn’t shut door to use bathroom

I didn't like that you had to request housekeeping services. I did notice a sign when I went to the front desk for another issue. The sign should have been bigger andore visible.

it didn’t have continental breakfast as stated when I booked the room. Also, they don’t clean rooms daily. They didn’t have enough soap or toilet paper in room. I had to keep calling for things I needed.

The only computer and printer I could find was strictly for printing boarding passes. I had a few labels that needed to be printed for my business and had to leave the hotel multiple times to accomplish this.

The restaurant and Starbucks was so convenient! we ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was delicious!
