I loved the cleanliness and breakfast. Most of the staff was super friendly.

When we checked in the gentleman was pretty rude, unprofessional, and presumptiouus. Our room was not a queen as we booked. We sent our daughters down for towels and he rolled his eyes at them as if we were inconviencing him. Definetly not the best customer service.

Power was out about 24 hrs due to a storm so it was pitch black, no AC, no AC fan to mask road/airport/people noises so sleeping was very minimal and the only flashlight I had was on my phone with no way of charging it, so the last nights stay was a big challenge. Upon check out I asked if they might make a price adjustment but they said I need to contact booking.com

The room was a little warm hard to get cooled down. The indoor pool was pretty cold. The staff was excellent and very nice, friendly and accommodating. We had a couple small issues and maintenance came right up to fix them. We also asked for a little later check out and they were fine with it.

Some of the guests were loud and rowdy and found some of them smoking pot in the stairwell. But that is nothing the hotel can do about their guests to a point but it was addressed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a bed and couch/living room area, which was nice for our long stay. The free water bottles were very nice and appreciated. It was nice to have breakfast available every morning. The free airport shuttle is also great.

I wish the cleaning would be more often. It was supposed to happen every 3 days, but we had to ask for it on day 4. The sheets were just flipped over and reused, some dirty spots and the tag was near my head now. Then, we asked again 4 days later. She came early, gave me towels and said she'd come back to clean. She did not come back. The trash was overflowing, and we had to ask for toilet tissue the next morning because we had run out. 1 time cleaning in 9 days stay is not enough.

The stay was great!

The lady who checked us in was not very welcoming. She said at first she did not have us in the computer and asked if we were sure we were at the correct hotel? She called her manager and while she was talking to the manager she said she found us in the computer. She may have been having a bad day and could be the reason for her curtness with us but I won't be back to hotel for that reason.

Everything.. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They wanted you to be comfortable. I booked this for my sister and her husband she had a meeting and needed to fly out her husband would stay at the hotel until he flight got back the next day, he told me the breakfast was amazing the staff was always nice and friendly the room was clean. I 100% recommended this facility and the 10 minutes trip to the airport makes it even better. Thank you for the amazing service.

Beds! Size of room! Hotel overall appearence! Good location for our purpose (Race@IMS)! Value for money decent (Race and State fair dates...) Overall, this is a nice hotel. Breakfast was okay.

There were a few minor issues. The shower installations were a bit dated and partly a bit loose. The TV desk had a loose door, also. As we had a Room towards the interstate highway, there were a constant noise. We had earplugs and could sleep well. But this was known in advance, so we were prepared. All in all nothing we would complain and we would book again.

This a relatively old site, however, it is incredibly clean and sparkly. Also, the bed linens are to die for and the towels are jumbo and fluffy. Substantial breakfast. Staff is bend-over backwards helpful.

Almost impossible to locate off the highway without signage as it's tucked behind another hotel. Frustrating especially because the building can be seen a long distance away. Just couldn't figure out how to get to it.

The sheets were extra soft. Pillows too. The mattresses were super comfy. The maintenance guy testing the pool ph was very friendly and funny for my kids. He told them that he was there testing for pee in the pool, and my kids stared as he tested. Then he said, No Pee! You’re good! And my kids thought it was funny.

I had asked for extra pillows and sheets, they did not add any for us while we were there. The front staff said there was one set for the sofa pullout…but I wanted an extra on top of that one, because of who we put on the pullout gets cold easy…
