Breakfast was minimal but nice to have Oatmeal muffins coffee and tea Laundry facilities are well kept and reasonable Kitchen facilities were in good working order and supplies (dishes, pots and pans, utensils…) were easily obtained upon asking

Breakfast hours could be extended (too early) Poor availability of luggage carts (more than one would be advised) Use of pool was sorely missed but understandable due to Covid Being allowed to have guests in the room was appreciated and a real plus The availability and use of the exercise facility (cleanliness and machine choice) is good

The hotel room was clean, the staff were absolutely accommodating, friendly and kind. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen. It was a small apartment. The bed was very comfortable. As someone who has trouble sleeping, I was able to fall asleep quickly. The room provided a great deal of privacy.

The shower temperature was very hot and the adjusting knob didn't work. I let the staff know at checkout and they assured me it would be fixed. The doors didn't provide complete soundproofing for the occasional loud people walking down the hall

Judy checked us in. She was very professional. The location was great. The room was spacious. This would be ideal for family vacation.

I paid for a room that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa. It didn't have one. It was hard to get comfortable in the chair and watch TV. The morning front desk person was not that friendly. When I asked about the breakfast, he seemed upset that he had to actually put more food out. The grab and go breakfast was muffins and granola bars. The parking lot was filthy.

I loved the staff! Management and reps at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice! Booking.com made a mistake with my charge so I ended up being charged twice. The nice young lady at the desk and manager made phone calls to help get it resolved. The tv didn’t work initially and the same nice young lady helped resolve that issue and quickly. I listened as other patrons came in angry about issues that were out of the front desk’s hands. Staff listened and did what they could to help each customer. I’m really impressed with them. The location worked for our needs.

minor- tv remote didn’t work well. Hotel offered breakfast, only the breakfast consisted of mini muffins and oatmeal.

Our room was clean, staff was great and super nice, almost everything was amazing except for the bad below!

I saw a baby roach in our room, which I understand happened but I saw one not just the first time but the second time as well that we stayed! Also the elevator and the commons area wasn’t very clean, but you could tell it was due to the people staying/living there! cleaners need to double check the elevators and other common areas regularly! The road to get to the extended stay was also majorly full of pot holes I thought would swallow our tire however a few were fixed between our first stay and our second stay! Also we were in room 222 and the water pressure in the bathroom sink and the shower was very low, I could barely rinse the shampoo out of my hair in the shower! it wasn’t enough to stop us from staying a second time obviously, but wanted to make the staff aware of the situation!

Extremely nice welcome by the guy at the reception on our late arrival. Very nice woman at the reception in the morning when we left, too. Room is comfortable, staff is nice.

The only thing which is not perfect is the general condition of the hotel and room - it is OK, but some renovations would help a lot.

The rooms was clean and the staff was really nice and friendly the hotel was amazing I will definitely be going back to the hotel. I called them for an extra pillow and they was so awesome they gave me another one up on my request

The room was HUGE! I LOVED the bathtub as well!

The left sink was clogged and I didn't like when we undid the bed for housekeeping that there was a HUGE pee stain from a previous customer. That mattress protector or whatever it was needs to be thrown away.

Having a kitchenette is very beneficial to our lifestyle as we have special diets. This means we rarely eat out and are always buying and preparing our own food.

Some noise in the halls during the night and no silverware our cookware in the kitchenette. Also, no hair dryer in the room.

Very clean and staff was amazing!

Someone near our room had been smoking marijuana so everytime we walked out of our room you could smell the marijuana but that is nothing the staff could help. I did tell the lady up front and she did tell me she would look into it.
