This was my 2nd stay I still liked that it was close to the highway but away enough from the highway so much so that you didn't hear a lot of noise.

I needed to use the handicap parking and there were cars without decals parked in the spaces...When I asked about needing a spot I was told that they would look into it. The staff may have looked into it but no decal was ever revealed on a car as I hobbled down the parking lot. I stayed at another Residence Inn last week in another state and they had eggs, bacon, and sausage for breakfast. This location had granola and oatmeal.🤨. I understand that this location is smaller and I am taking that into a huge consideration.

It was literally in the middle of nowhere. No convenient places to grab a bite to eat. I paid ahead on Booking.com and when I checked in they tried to charge me again. Both clerks were new and in training - not a manager on site. Both said it was impossible that i paid ahead because 'booking.com doesn't let you do that.' I had to call booking - they had to call their manager. Everyone was nice about it - it was just not a hassle you enjoy dealing with at 11pm after being in the car for hours.

I like the convenience of the location and I like that there is a kitchenette, giving the feel of an apartment.

The very 1st thing I didn't like was that I walked in the door after traveling for a few hours and I needed to use the bathroom. There was no bathroom in the lobby and instead of the clerk having a solution to assisting me such as asking for my ID and giving me a key immediately she was more concerned with getting all my info. I expressed to her my emergency. Then she pointed in the wrong direction which way the rooms were located.

The staff here is just fantastic! It means a lot when you are spending money and the first people you meet are the face of the company and they are very welcoming. First impressions are very important and Judy, Sam, Amy and Hunter really are amazing at their job. I highly recommend this location.

I have stayed here several times in the past but this time the staff, particularly Misty & Amy, were so helpful and accommodating during my stay. The atmosphere with the girls works well and they all seem to be more like family with one another not just co-workers. I highly recommend this location!

Location was perfect. Room was quiet and peaceful, along with being clean and cozy!

Vending machines were a hassle. The Pepsi machine ate my money and I still haven't heard back from the Vending machine company about my refund, but that is not the hotel's fault. Besides that, I liked everything!

The bed was comfortable. The water was hot and had great pressure. There was plenty of storage. The fridge was cold.

They didn't have enough kitchen equipment. The hallway has a lingering cigarette smoke smell. The room had some of that smell as well.

Very polite and positive staff. Elvin was very nice. Beds were great. Very quiet.

The breakfast options. Been nice to have available earlier. Wasn't available until 630. Never saw coffee easily available. Also, bathroom sink was broken. Couldn't use entire stay. Had to use kitchen.

I love the cleanliness, interior and everything in that place. The staffs are well trained and coordinated. They are professionals. They gave me customers service satisfaction.

the advertisement of breakfast was technically correct but not great. offered oatmeal with no spoons. front desk said they have been on order for over a month. would not be difficult to go anywhere and pick up plastic spoons.
