The hotel is being renovated. Eventually it will be a great place, with a pool and all sorts of other ameneties. Staff was really friendly and kind. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They also accept pets. There were tons of places for food and drinks. Even the stores were close, and it was just off the highway

Bathroom was still worked on. Pillows were ok. I wish the pool was ready, as it was being renovated l(just a wish)

It was fairly close to my work location, and had plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, which made getting items I’d forgotten at home easier to replace.

On the second floor, just outside the elevator, the floor has a very “spongy” feel to it when walking across it or standing and waiting for the elevator to arrive. probably from people standing there in wet bathing suits. You may want to address it before the floor rots/falls through.

Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and nice blanket. Room was clean a nd furniture looked fairly new. Lobby was also in very good condition. Plenty of parking near front door. TV and internet worked perfectly.

Same 2 problems as my last visit: Elevator floor is worn out with threshold strip broken. Walls scared and dirty. Needs to be brought up to condition of other public areas. Front desk staff would not put down her cell phone during check in. It was on speaker so everyone could hear. I felt I wasn't important and it was difficult to tell if she was speaking to me or the phone.

I like that the bed was comfortable and that it had a tub because I couldn't shower due to my splint..

My guy didn't like the fact the TV was small compared to the other hotels we stayed at.. and I didn't like that the house keeper knock on everybody door but ours I was listening while she was doing her walk through didn't ask us if we need towels or anything

The room was comfortable. The side entry door was faulty but we worked around that and dropped my wife at the front door and she met me at the side parking door and let me in.

Everything else was fairly good. Bought snacks at the front desk. Could have used a smoking area away from the parking lot entrance, the entry and elevator smelled heavily of smoke, we believe from the work crews staying there.

The room was nice and it was very clean.

You were only given one little bar of soap a day..and one day they even forgot to give us any soap. Housekeeping skipped our room entirely one day ...but overall, the place was not bad at all. We would definitely stay there again.

The beds were very uncomfortable they saved in the middle and was hard to sleep on, the freeway noise was disturbing also, the floors by the front desk and hallway to the breakfast area were really dirty

Almost everything. A great breakfast selection. The room, hallways, and grounds are clean. Staff is informative and friendly.

We found the mattress too soft. The outdoor key card monitor needs repair and was difficult to operate.

So much better than last time. I swore I'd never stay again after my room kept filling with smoke and children kept slamming doors. But free dogs was worth another try. This place was quiet, smoke free and very clean.

Very convenient location and easy access to eateries and interstate. Polite staff. No bugs (roaches or bed bugs). Beds were comfortable and A/C worked great. The breakfast was very good as well.

The side door for access wasn’t working properly but that didn’t stop us from walking down the sidewalk to the main entrance.
