The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms had comfortable beds and full size pillows. We were in town for a concert downtown and this was only 15-20 minutes away. We had a comfortable overnight stay. Breakfast wasn't included in our rate and we chose not to eat there so cannot comment on that.

Even a distance from downtown, the prices were elevated due to the concerts and conventions going on. The only complaint about the room was that the carpeted floors felt sticky. That was definitely a disappointment.

The ladies at check in & check out (Elizabeth & Laura) were amazing excellent service. I paid for meals to be included and verified with them (breakfest) but when we went down to get some of the continental breakfast was told we had to pay. Even after insisting it was included. I (Debbie who reserved the room) had to go down with family to insist they (grill staff) were wrong. I understand staff was new but to basically te) us we were lying was inappropriate. Very grateful to Laura for making sure all was made right, the waitress apologized.

The staff were very nice. Tried to answer all questions. Very nice breakfast area which I did not get to enjoy.

The price was rather High and it was supposed to be a king suite with whirlpool Spa or large jacuzzi tub. The tub would not hold water until I remove the drain plug and tried to straighten it up because it was crooked and letting the water drain out after a half hour had less than 2 in of water in it tightened it down again it was still slowly leaking but was able to get the tub half full up to water. Lost the desire to even enjoy it The tub was very small for one person not a couple. Which is why we went to stay there they did have three of those but are booking was not with one of those three rooms. They were full when I did try to call booking.com the way it was very long so we ended up staying in that room for the night because it was getting rather late

Great location, lots of restaurants and grocery stores around. Our room was spacious and clean. We booked a reservation with breakfast included, ($10 extra) which was a great value for our family of 5. The snack area was convenient for late night cravings. Front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly.

Beds are extremely soft, we personally found them uncomfortable.

Comfortable bed and pillows, good hot water for showering.

This is the first time that we have gone to a motel where you actually have to pay to have your breakfast included. Most times it is just a continental free breakfast buffet.

carpet in hallway needed replacing so at first look you were wondering if you made the right decision on renting there…Beds we’re ok but needs upgrading…leaking facet in shower

Breakfast was very good, as was the food at dinner and the service at the bar. The staff overall were excellent.

Room temperature control was difficult to figure out and work.

The woman working the bar/restaurant was attentive and quick. Our room was clean and stocked with necessities. Room service did as requested.

I was disappointed to find the breakfast was not free. It caused us to look elsewhere for food, especially when paying so much for a weekend away.

We did not have breakfast at the property. We did enjoy the free coffee! My son left his wallet and Apple Watch in our room. We were contacted within a few hours of our departure and told it had been found. Staff went above and beyond to make sure they are sent to us via FedEx!!

We had trouble getting our room a good temperature. It was very cold when we arrived and the thermostat was hard to figure out.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
