Room clean except for floor was not really super clean. Room smelled nice, no smoke smell. Furnace and bed comfortable. Intake lady was nice. We appreciated first floor since my husband is disabled. (I forgot to ask for it.)
Ran out of milk at breakfast and could not find staff. Very limited breakfast (no protein choices). The stairs were a little bit hard for my husband to traverse with walker, but we managed, especially since it was first floor room.

Parking lot could have been cleaned of snow better. No floor mats inside rooms for wet / snowy shoes. Had to mop up water from melting snow with bath towels to have dry floors to walk on.

It was ok. Beds were comfy. Not worth the $98 but it was a place to sleep.
Bathroom super small. They made us pay a $50 cash deposit On top of the $98 we paid for the room. Cigarette burn in the blanket. Parking lot not well taken care of. But it was a place to sleep for the night. Not worth the $98. Should of been more of a $45 a night place.

Property is at a convenient location right by the freeway. Plenty of food/shopping options around.
The property as a whole could use a remodel. Most of the amenities in our room didn’t work (the shower, the toilet and the TV)

Obvious water leak above the bath tub. Just painted over and not cleaned up. Need taller toilets. Basically sitting on the floor when using the toilet.

I especially was impressed by the housekeeping which cleaned the room even without my asking, and they kept my personal effects right where I placed them. Also breakfast was great; there was no noise or disturbance at all. Excellent stay!

no parking on the street facing side of the . if you have very much luggage I’d suggest requesting the back side.

I like that Waffle House was right next door. The air conditioner was great! Cooled the room off quickly.
