When we arrived we were iffy based on the reviews and past experiences in hotels so we asked the front desk if we could tour the hotel before booking. He was super friendly and let us do so. Throughout our stay everyone was so nice. My family and I went to the restaurant where the food was great as well as drinks at the bar were great. My husband ordered a drink that they don’t serve but they were willing to make it. The kids loved the pool and arcade area, I loved the hot tub. Overall it was a great stay so if we have to go to Warsaw again I know where we will be staying.

Conveniently located to the wedding venue and restaurants in the area. We especially appreciated the friendliness and the willingness to make us comfortable by the front desk staff.

The property could use updating and a deep cleaning. There were only two towels and two washcloths in the bathroom for the king bed with a sleeper sofa. When we went to the desk at night to retrieve an extra towel and washcloth and extra pillow for the sleeper sofa, the front desk agent was unable to give us any because it was locked up in housekeeping.

Everything was super clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Had no problem with checking in a bit earlier, as they were pretty slow when we went. Got a great price as well, definitely recommend!

although check in says 3:00. a line of us were there to get into our room and we had to wait till 4. It was very inconvenient.

It was a great get-a-way for my daughter and me. We were very comfortable snd the price was decent. It was close to a variety of places (church, restaurants, shopping). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was only one elevator, but we made it work. There were a few kids running up and down between their room and the pool, but my kids were young once and I remember being a parent of a young child and keeping them entertained, so nothing major to complain about. We’d come back and stay again.

The bed was comfortable and it was very spacious for me and my 2 children..

It advertised contential breakfast and my children woke up early just to get breakfast and we all went down there to find no breakfast..

Clean room, quiet hotel. Got a good night’s sleep.

Checked in at 1:30 AM and had to wait 30 minutes for a slow check in. There was a line of people and one slow clerk checking people in.

The staff is always very nice and helpful and my room is always clean if I do have any problems they fix the issue right away.

The restaurant is great for lunch and dinner. Our dinner was fantastic but the breakfast from the restaurant is not very good , we have stayed at the Wyndham many times and I always order breakfast hoping it will be better and it never is, it's just has no favor.

We were amazed at all the amenities, this hotel offered. The fee for our dog was much cheaper than other hotels.Food was good. Would stay there again.

Back door wasn’t working and loaded down with our luggage. couldn’t get in and had to go to front desk. Door was fixed soon after.
