Sleep Inn & Suites Ankeny - Des Moines

Quiet area and was on 3rd floor for was nice for the week of getting paperwork and projects done.

The window had not been cleaned as there were nose prints on it and the strip below the frig came off and shower was dirty. All small stuff and staff is busy so understandable and these didnt affect my stay as they were fixable. The housekeepers do amazing work!! Beds, carpet and desk were clean so that was great and important for an extended stay.

The front desk staff was pleasant and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The toilet is a little short, and the handle was sticking when flushed, room 228. Could have used a few more wash clothes. There were only two, and we had three guests in our room

Your staff were the most attentive and friendly that I’ve come across. I even received a call to my room asking if I found the room to my satisfaction. The breakfast met my expectations. The hot food was hot and tasty. The dining room was clean. My wife was very pleased with how comfortable the beds and pillows were, and the cleanliness of the room.

Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The accommodations were spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the pool during our short stay. And the breakfast was delicious!

It was tricky to find the front door. And we were a little disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Didn't catch her name, but front desk lady was very nice at check in and the rest of the time Katie was AWESOME! Pool area was clean and warm for the kids and best part was the hot tub was open and in service! This was our 2 stay, (first was in 2020 which is why I booked again) and plan to book in the future.

Breakfast could have had more hot food options besides biscuits and gravy for both mornings.

The location was perfect. It's right off I-35. There's shopping (Target, Walmart, TJMax) and restaurants within a 5 min drive. Some restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was great. Enough selection for my hungry family. The hotel was full and we didn't hear a peep from other guests. The rooms smell nice, clean and beds are super comfortable. The place is very pet friendly too!! My boxer had the best stay.

Breakfast. I didn't like the taste of the waffles. My husband ate the small waffles and said his weren't cooked in the middle. I had a large one, and mine was done but just didn't taste quite right. My husband didn't like the pillows. I thought they were fine.

Breakfast was serviceable. My two young travelers were satisfied with the offerings. The space was kept clean and well-stocked with food.

We stayed during the time of the 2021 NBA playoffs and I was extremely disappointed that the hotel did not offer ESPN. I was looking forward to relaxing and watching the game. Had I known the channel was not available I would have picked another hotel. It never occurred to me to ask ahead of time if ESPN was among the channels available.

staff is super friendly and very helpful. we had a problem with our tv and they came to fix it right away. we were there for my daughters birthday party. She had a great time.

the pool may have been a little over chlorinated.

The location was great for ease of getting off and on the interstate. There are 2 restaurants across the street. The breakfast area was clean with a nice selection of food. The staff was wonderful, from the moment we walked in until we walked out we felt they were helpful, friendly and personable.
