STAFF: So very kind and helpful right from the start. Easy pre-check in made it much quicker to get our room key. ROOM: Very clean and a great value. Ugly carpet is about the only negative I have for our entire stay. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and the usual toiletries. Excellent maid service! So sweet and helpful. THE POOL: It bears repeating. THE POOL: It's an adult-who-suffers-from-joint-pain's dream. Salt water as warm as a bathtub. Only thing missing is the Calgon. It's a small pool but not too small to have fun. Goes to 5 ft and has steps for old people like me. BREAKFAST: Pretty typical hotel fare except that it was fully stocked and immaculate and one of the many staff members was there being helpful and attentive. They have a Jetson's style pancake maker that was really cool. You can watch the machine make and cook you 2 perfect cakes and drop them on your plate. They also have a big pot of oats with toppings including sliced almonds. So good. In conclusion, my kids/grandkids moved to Iowa a few years back and I've finally found my go to hotel. Fantastic stay!

Seriously just the carpet and they're clearly working on the place so that will be of the past eventually

Room smelled musty , but they had a thing burning the tv to take the moisture out so they were aware , used some spray few times so it didn’t bother us to much

Only thing was the parking lot is small. They where sold out. We had to park by the storage containers. In the morning we noticed the van by us was gone and our driver side door had a fairly good dent in it.

The staff were fantastic, in a good mood and extremely helpful. Give them all a raise in pay. I'm staying here from now on.

I absolutely despise semi's being allowed to park on your lot with their engines idling all night! They are much too loud and can actually cause a low level of hum or vibration all night, besides the noise. Fortunately they gave me a room on the other side of the building. One semi running all night can ruin dozens of occupants sleep. You should either forgo one trucker's revenue or tell them to park far away or shut off their engines the entire night. One person can ruin it for dozens of others. Please consider doing this for the sake of our peace and quiet. It's very inconsiderate of the truckers, and will keep the other 99% of your residents happy.

The room was very home friendly and the staff made u feel very welcome. The breakfast was hot and coffee was good. The breakfast staff was very friendly and kind even though we arrived late just before she was about to put everything away, she told us to just take our time and she would till we had everything we needed and wanted.

Nothing Everything was perfect We have no complaints about anything and would definitely stay there again and recommend that others stay here as well.

Very convenient to where we were going (Adventure Land) we also found it was convenient to most everything. Nice staff, well lit, felt very safe many amenities.

Easy check in. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

The room seemed a little outdated, the furniture was scratched up and the carpet looked pretty much at the end of its life cycle.

The staff was friendly, everything was clean, breakfast had something for everyone. It was right across from Adventureland, so instead of paying 20 dollars for parking, just walk the short distance.

We had no complaints with our stay or the staff.

The location was perfect

The breakfast area was full, so my family had to take our food to our room and eat.

Was there for a softball tournament at Davis complex- location was great! The restaurant/bar next door was great too.

Breakfast was just ok.
