Location perfect - close to highway, but secluded and rural. Staff friendly and helpful. Room totally clean. All appliances in good working order.

Breakfast was horrible as to hot items - frightening scrambled eggs and greasy sausage patties - yuck! Trash barrels outside overflowing with lots of trash on the ground around them.

Seemed fairly new. Very clean. Nice comfy room. Friendly staff. Great price.

Elevator was not in or near the lobby. Like almost complete opposite side of hotel. Huge kitchen in lobby not used. Very limited cold continental breakfast. Charge $5 for room bottled water.

The location was close to the venue I was going back and forth too.

I was charged extra for a night that needed to be cleared up. It was eventually corrected. But I'm still waiting on the correction to hit my account. Also I didn't enjoy the breakfast I felt it could have been more of a variety of food.

The room was nice and the AC worked real well! Front desk clerks were all real nice and someone even helped me get a luggage cart to my car when it was dark and late! Loved the pool/hot tub. Very clean and loved the natural light for the big glass windows! Will definitely recommend and be back myself!

Wish there wouldve been a microwave in my room. Was really looking forward to not having to leave the hotel to even eat because of the restaurant/cafe but it turned out that every time we went somewhere to eat we had a great experience...so I wouldn't really say that I "didn't like" that it was closed. If anything I'm very grateful that it was! Thank you for that, seriously🙏🏻😊

Really super location!! Very nice hotel and the staff is really super!! Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

The pool was closed . Could use a little updating

There is nothing to complain about. The hotel was clean, not only in the rooms, but the hallways as well was clean and smell good. Bed was comfy. The pool was definitely clean so was the fitness room. Basically the entire hotel had no smell like most hotels do. This one was good. I would recommend it to anyone. There customer service is so perfect in all ways. Specially during check in on June 26th after 4pm. I thought i booked it in my name, thats why i left my husband at his family house and went to check in alone. The lady couldnt find anything under my name. Gave her to confirmation number still couldnt find it in my name, then she asked if it would be under anyone elses name, gave her my husband name and sure was in his name. She didnt make me go get him. She did the right thing. I appreciate the lady who checked me in(wish i gotten her name so i could give her a big thumbs up). She didnt make it any harder for me at all, even though the name was under my husband, and he wasnt present with me during the time of check in. She worked with me(very professional and safe way), so i didnt have to drive 20mins to go get him. If that was any other hotel they would have made me leave to get my husband and come back. Not the lady the day i checked in(June 26th around 4 or 5pm), she made it so easy for me. All the lady did to make it so easy for me to check in, even though it was under my husband name, was gotten all the information from her computer in front of her and picked up the phone and called him directly and talked to him, she didnt ask me for his information at all. Loved the way she did it. I definitely have no complaints about the place at all. If i go back i will definitely stay there again.

Didnt like that there was no microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby for use. The check in time is late, wish check in time could of been at least noon.

Didnt Like not having a microwave in my room. Cause we stayed so long, I actually had to buy a microwave to cut down costs of take out food. I also would have like free coffee, downstairs. And maybe a continental breakfast would have been nice

The cleanliness good inside. However trash by backdoor No.3. Courtyard totally overgrown. Our partio was dirty and had cat poop under the chairs. Exterior building needed mowing and triming.

the pool and hot tub are amazing! it was perfect for a family stay.

one of the ladies was pretty rude and wouldn’t reactivate our key cards. she kept telling us they were working, yet magically they wouldn’t open any doors. upon checking in, they asked if I wanted connecting rooms but failed to mention it sound completely change my rate off of booking.com and ended up charging me $200 more. that was upsetting.

cost first, then once there we liked everything else

we missed breakfast☹️ Slept so good we woke up later than usual. It was quiet & good beds
