Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf

The location and view of the Mississippi was excellent. Location of my room was great... near the elevators and on the top floor so the view was lovely. The discount price for the two nights is the reason I chose this hotel.

The plumbing in our room needs work, as well as the air conditioner. The tub didn't drain while showering and the sink water didn't shut off immediately. I had the a/c as low as it would go but it never got cold enough for us.

The reason for getting the room we got was for the large soaker tub. It was nice having an individual bathroom stall as well. Stand up Shower was a perfect touch. View was awesome but next time we plan on getting a room higher up. Over all we enjoyed our stay

The bed sheets felt sorta like paper. Bed kinda gave us the hospital bed type feel. We choose a lower room and while the view from other rooms was nice, ours was staring directly at the Skywalk.

It was just great.the restaurant was exceptional.fabulous food and service at Kellers grill.was able to play the game we wanted.the beds are super comfortable.grêat staff

The wifi was not good.couldnt even connect and the towels are ruff not enough channels on tv.and no microwave in room. And couldn't go swimming.way to many people each time we tried. And the soap wasn't good and and no lotion.i liked the soap and lotion they had before.smelled way better.need that lotion back and soap.

The location was good, covered parking

Staff did not take the time to inform us of what if any amenities were available and where to find things around the premises. Huge place and midweek so hotel wasn't very busy and we got a room that had a view of the trash and ac unit out back, not even a peak at the beautiful river, which is why I thought the price was high, guess I was wrong.

The rooms were great, the hotel staff was awesome. I should have requested a river view. Thats the only thing I could complain about. Not bad

I wish I would have requested a river view. It would be a gorgeous view. We were a little confused at how to get to our room at first. We did talk to someone and then it was really easy. Maybe explain better at check-in for first timers

The staff was mostly friendly and professional. We had only one less than good encounter, with an over important security guard at the casino entrance, who was quite rude to one of the party..other than that, they were all great..especially Carrie at the front desk, who had suggestions for nearby places to go, and helped us find a space to visit with our family and friends in a more quiet space. She also provided some missing items from our room,( coffee packets, and a second towel) Always a smile, cheerful, professional, and kind.

Was a little filled with kids on Saturday.. They were running and making noise until midnight or after. Not just a few..hundreds. With all the public areas and places to eat filled with them..it made it difficult to find a quiet space, or to even get ice or a drink. Eating onsite was impossible.

We always enjoy visiting th Isle, wether for a day or overnight. Have stayed and visited several years, mostly one day trips but several overnight stays. The selection of games was great and bar service excellent.

No complaints on the casino as such or the employees in all positions. While the vender in the casino was good, we went to another casino for late afternoon to play and have dinner at buffet. Of course we came back played the evening, stayed the night and played on the second day for the morn. The Isle is our first choice and when the buffet gets up and running it will again be the perfect two or three day weekend spot for us.

We purchased a croissant, donut and coffee just as we got off elevator which was good and staff very cordial. Later to find dining area next to gaming floor open/closed up tight the night before? Enjoyed the selection on gaming floor / machines not excessively tight.

A paper map of hotel and its amenities would have been nice so we knew what dining was available, its hours, and location etc, especially with covid restrictions and closings. Front desk couldn't find reservation as we booked from my cell phone through Booking.com on the road. Gave confirmation to them but was told that meant nothing to them? Our view from room was of the roof top. Ask if we had view of river, told not at that rate? We stayed in room to watch Milw Bucks game and only one arm chair - one had to lay on bed. King bed, 2 people, 2 chairs??

Superrrr clean. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Tons of extra hot water. Pool area clean and spa hot

Very nice property, comfortable bed and pillows! Super simple checkout. Clean and well maintained.

Wish there was a more private access to get to the pool. The tub/shower did seem a bit budget-like, might have expected better. Still not bad. Would also have liked to see sit down dining open longer. With a 24 hour casino, it would be a good option.
