Breakfast was ok, but not much to choose from. Pancake machine was broken. The lady that checked us in was very friendly.

We had a first floor room and the floor by the window was ice cold. I had to put towels on the floor as a rug. Difficult to regulate the temperature in the room (136). There was a little dog barking next door (134), that barked from about 5am until around 10am. I spoke to the front desk about 830am, and I felt that he was being condescending to me for complaining. I only asked him to please speak to the people in the room. In the bathroom, in the pool area, there was blood on the floor, the sink, the light switch and the door handle. It was dry, so that was gross.

one wall in our room was dirty looking. A coat of paint was needed. Didn’t like that you only have showers & no hot tub. Although I didn’t personally use the pool, my son-in-law said it had the weirdest smell as if the water was stale. He & the kids only used it once. He was afraid they would get sick. said it was rather disgusting. It was very quiet in there ¬ crowded which would have been nice if felt safe. We probably should have told the staff, don’t believe he did. Loved that coffee was available all the time, in general the hotel was clean & pleasant. The breakfast was ok but the oatmeal was cold. i told the guy at the desk & he checked on it right away & apologized. Great staff.

Someday a savvy executive at a hotel chain will figure out that it PAYS to have a dedicated staff serving a fresh hot breakfast with many choices, maybe tack on 5 dollars per person per room to cover expenses. The result would , in my opinion, make THIS my go-to chain of hotels. Currently ALL hotel 'free breakfasts' are the same, cold eggs, mushy sausage, cold potatoes, watery juices and substandard coffee.

Property is newer and very clean. Parking was easy with a truck and trailer. Room was bright and clean. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good.

Room needed an extra blanket and pillows. More than two towels would have been nice too. It was a little pricy for a small room.

Clean, clean, clean! Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Sheets felt like bamboo, bed was comfortable, with no hole in the middle. All hard wood floors, no carpet, therefore the room smelled lovely. They even had a little nightlight in the bathroom, which we appreciated. Can’t say enough about the staff… they were all so polite, nice and had a sense of humor/ very humble. We would definitely stay here again.

it was really clean, we really enjoyed the pool table and little shop at the front desk.

the rooms are SMALL, no microwave, no coffee maker, no real table and not a lot of space to move around besides by the door.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of working outlets throughout the room. Everything was very clean and there was a big TV with cable.

The room was a little smaller than expected but it wasn't a problem. There were not cups in the room but there were a bunch in the lobby by the free coffee and tea.

The hotel is in a very great location - close to downtown and many restaurants. Breakfast was also great with good options. The seating area in the lobby is great as well with games such as the billiards table.

The size of the room appeared to be much too small when there are 2 beds. It is barely possible to lay a suitcase down on the floor. The pillows could be better too.

The bed was super soft. I wanted to take it home. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast had hot and cold options.

I don’t have any complaints. We were not in the hotel that much so the size of the room didn’t matter to us.

The vibe, the gathering space in the lobby, the room was very clean, water pressure for shower was great, the toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner) were very nice. Also, the fitness center was very nice. Breakfast was good.
