The cleanliness of the room.
I had to wait for about a half hour for someone to come to the desk to check me in. Also the breakfast selections were lousy. Toaster didn’t work. No butter or jelly for bread.

I loved everything about it. From management to the staff
Their was nothing I did not like Super 8. The new renovation of the hotel is great and the upgrades are impeccable.

No elevator and I was on 3rd floor with a bum knee!
