A great hotel which is modern, clean and comfortable. Having read the reviews of the noise issues in the back rooms overlooking the railway line and the main road I paid extra for a front room with a river view which was a lovely view. If trains passed in the night I did not hear them and we had a very peaceful sleep! The room was a very good size and had nice big comfy beds and the bathroom was nice too. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was also an easy walk to a very good restaurant and a gas station shop. The facilities were good with a big fridge but a room safe would have been useful. Breakfast was better than usual for an American chain hotel. All in all it was great value for money.

The view and location.

Not being sound proof. There was a couple on the top floor above us who fought all night. Started at 11:00 and continued till 4:00 am. I called the front desk at 2:30. They called them but still didn’t work. I think the police should have been called. The man was yelling with profanity, door slamming, & objects thrown or dropped. Did not get a good night sleep.

We were welcomed with a dog bag containing a silver bowl and a 'blanket' along with dog treats. Our room had two entrances, one inside the hotel and the other to parking right outside the door, which was nice for loading/unloading. It was nice to easily take my dog out to do her business. There was a nice grass area and the street is along the river and a neighborhood so I could walk my dog. Our room was clean, roomy, and comfortable.

No issues, we had a good stay.

Pet friendly. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff. It is a very attractive hotel, overlooking the Mississippi River, close to the highway, but quiet. Aspiring photographers who get up early will get a nice sunrise shot by going down to the water and looking upstream. Large clean rooms, very helpful staff. Gas stations and restaurants are nearby.

Beautiful property and location. I like that the pool/ jacuzzi stayed open until 11:00 p.m. great breakfast with a large assortment. Restaurants close by within walking distance. Very clean and beds were comfortable.

It was a little pricey, dining room in the morning for breakfast was busy and not enough seating areas, so we had to eat in our room. But it was a nice hotel and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

New and Modern. Clean. Great Location with Balconies. Staff attentive-Especially Mary-who delt with an unusual situation professionally. Didn't try breakfast. Easy parking.

The hotel was well insulated from the outside-train noise, traffic BUT hallway noise carried into the room

We got an up grade for the balcony and was well worth the money. The staff is exceptional friendly and helpful.

There is nothing not to like.But due nature we had tornado warning and sirens going off they had us go to the lobby served drinks and was very informative as to what was going on,That was our first experience of that nature.

The breakfast was outstanding. Our room was very attractive and comfortable. Enjoyed the step-in shower versus a typical tub with shower.

Our room was on the side of the hotel facing the railroad tracks - there were multiple trains passing throughout the night and they are VERY LOUD in the room. There were NO USB ports in the room for plugging in devices. The lighting could use to be a bit brighter (when needed). Also, we are not fans of all the dogs walking around in this pet-friendly hotel. Unfortunately, the hot tub/spa was out of service during our stay... very bummed out about that.

The location is quite unique with a view of the Mississippi river on one side and train tracks on the other. I like trains but I can't say that I have been this close to one on purpose. If you are a railfan, this would be a good location to stay at. The room was clean and comfortable with newer amenities. The shower was unique in a good way and it was nice having cinnamon rolls for breakfast again. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wish we could have had a view of the river from our room. And there were no actual vending machines in the building. The little snack store they offered wasn't stocked well with drinks.
