We had a nice comfy and quiet room! Great location with a beautiful view outside!! The Front Desk lady who worked on Thursday night, was very sweet & friendly! We enjoyed having all the numerous movie channels to choose from. Convenient to have a microwave & fridge in our room. Pool was relaxing, could be a little warmer, but we really enjoyed it! Thank you!

Some of the Front Desk Agents could be friendlier! They seemed little annoyed and were short in our conversations in afternoon. Not friendly on the phone, maybe they were very busy at the time! Would prefer to have more of a breakfast during the week than just fruit and donuts! Breakfast was alright, the cheesy omelettes could have been cooked more. Oatmeal & yogurt was good! Maybe, have bacon or sausage to choose from next time. Overall, it was nice stay in a pretty quiet hotel. Comfy nice rooms.

The breakfast that was advertised never happened. It was a coffee machine and some plain old glazed doughnut set out they claimed to have hot breakfast with omelettes, etc. etc. so that was pretty much a farce but most of the time hotel breakfast is dog food anyway but I have had some good ones Holiday Inn express for instance, they actually make you breakfast at the one I stayed out which is way cool and the Doubletree has a Cook in the morning that makes people breakfast really good

either have a breakfast or don't have a breakfast if you say you're gonna have one and you know how many guess you have make it happen otherwise, just say no breakfast at this hotel go downtown to the café and have yourself a meal

The king suite was spacious and pristine. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The lobby and breakfast room was nicely decorated and clean. We visited Savanna primarily to hike a few trails in Mississippi Palisades State Park. Very short and scenic drive to the park from the hotel. It is also a half-hour, and very scenic, drive to Galena. The hotel is a very short drive to downtown Savanna and a grocery store where we bought beer and evening snacks for the room. Manny’s and New China restaurants in Savanna both had good food and friendly service.

This is a minor thing, but the coffee served in the lobby at breakfast was incredibly weak. It tasted like water. I was amazed coffee could taste this weak, actually, I don’t know how they did it! On top of that, our coffee maker in our room did not work. There is a McDonalds right next door so we stopped there for coffee before heading out for the day. So all was not lost. When we told the manager upon checking out about our broken coffeemaker, she gave us a discount for our stay, which was exceedingly kind and generous of her. Otherwise, we found the hotel and our room to be pleasant, clean, and comfortable.

The young lady who checked us in on Friday, September 23rd around 4 pm was amazing, I can not say enough good things about her. We were a group with 6 rooms and she accommodated us extremely well. The young lady who was at the front desk on Saturday, September 24th around 6 pm was also a great help to us, we definitely appreciate her. The breakfast crew were wonderful both Saturday and Sunday, the breakfast was above expectations.

Not having an actual blanket on the bed, the duvet is not enough for us, we had to request a couple of blankets, I would suggest that even if they are not on the bed, maybe have a couple of blankets in the closet area to have as an option.

Clean room and accommodations, breakfast was very good, Rex and the shuttle service are always awesome. Slept like a baby!

No deal breakers by any means. Clothes washer was out of order, keys didn’t work on our second day when we returned from our day ride, no hot tub, we miss the polish sausage with breakfast, and no waffles

Staff was pleasant and the area was beautiful.

Our air conditioning barely worked and when I called to let the front desk clerk know, she said no one was available to come look at it. It did not cool the room very well at all. Sleeping was hot and uncomfortable. The online website said there was a hot tub and we were told it was not running. That is one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.

Breakfast was very good although I only ate there one morning. I had biscuit with gravy, an egg omlette, and a bagel with cream cheese. All were perfect. I got orange juice both mornings. Already had planned breakfast with friends at another local breakfast location for 1 morning. The room was clean and the towels were replaced and bed made when I came back after the first day out.

There wasn't anything about the facility or staff I didn't like. Even the other guests were all completely friendly and respectful at breakfast.

Sunday’s breakfast was perfect. There was just enough of a very good variety. The work out room was excellent with a variety of great machines and free weights. I loved the hamper! The ENTIRE staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Our stay was wonderful!

There was nothing that we did not like. Parking was limited as we parked on gravel at the side of the building.

Clean, neat, quiet, beautiful view, easy to find, good food, friendly and helpful staff!

Bathroom stool had a leak, but it was still usable! I forgot to tell the staff. Didn’t seem like it was a first time problem. Other than using extra towels to wipe up water, it didn’t really create a problem. Should be fixed to prevent a fall.

The lobby was beautiful and smelled great with the fall scent burning candle. The area for eating breakfast was very nice, clean and inviting. Coffee 24/7 was awesome! The rooms were a good size. and cozy. The heat and fan worked great. I asked for xtra blankets when I made the reservation and they were already in the room when we arrived. Very nice! The girl at the counter when we checked in was VERY friendly! Provided lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Loved the view and the cool deck with tables in the front of the hotel.

The room was great except for the tub/shower. The plug knob in the tub had to e held down, manually, in order for the tub to drain from taking a shower. That was a real pain. There was concern as to how COVID free the room one. It was clean, but was it deep cleaned? COVID clean? Doubtful. We were expecting the remote control in a sanitized bag, or some indication it had been. The breakfast area was a concern because I didn't notice anyone washing down the tables in between people sitting there. HUGE concern during these COVID times. The biggest thing was that the hot tub was down. That was a huge draw for us choosing this hotel. Very bummed it wasn't working.
