The location was perfect for our needs. The manger was very helpful, and friendly. Joseph was the gentleman that checked us in . He was there during much of our stay. He went above and beyond . Always a greeting with our name, and a smile .

Everyday service is a thing of the past. Upon request they would take care of our room. It is the way things are now.

Checking in was great, she was great, and help full. She made us want to stay another night.

The guy making the coffee was very rude. I don't think that he wanted to be there. When he brought out the coffee, it was full of coffee grounds. One couple mentioned that they waited over 15 minutes for coffee. The person at the front desk, in the morning seemed to be irritated when asked for the password for WiFi.

It’s clean, comfortable, and has incredible staff. Everyone I’ve met has been kind and welcoming. I’ve seen some ratings that are not relevant or outright false or abusive to the employees here and they can’t respond with anything but customer service professionalism. It’s a great place to stay and feels like home. Is it a five star resort in Cancun? No, but compared to hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at for work I’m the happiest with this one.

We had a quick check-in process. Their rooms are clean and very comfortable. It was a great option for a one-night stay on business.

The outer parking lot to actually reach the hotel needs to be redone, but that is no fault of the property. There are two other businesses that share the lot.

Breakfast was great! The place was clean and I felt the people working there CARED alot about my stay. I've stayed at some places that were very questionable. Not county Suites in Waterloo!!! Loved the pool and hot tub to relax 😍 thank you!

It is the place we always go to when we go somewhere the rooms are very clean the staff is always very nice when we come in to check in and the price is reasonable

The vending machine wasn't very full only had a few snacks to choose from but another then that there isn't anything we didn't like

Always quiet and clean and comfortable. Staff make you feel like you’re home. I never have issues here.

1. Friendly staff, especially Amanda who is exceptionally good at her job. 2. Clean rooms that are fully stocked with the basic staples. 3. Very well managed and convenient location.

The pool was open until midnight, breakfast had lots of options, staff were very helpful

Hot tub had way too much chlorine that your eyes actually burned from sitting in it

The Driveway and approach from Hammond Avenue to the facility is in a bad state of disrepair.

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance during our stay, completely understand things happen, was just a bummer our kids were not able to utilize it.
