The breakfast itself was good. The staff made it feel special. If one books through booking.com the breakfast is included, so it becomes even more reasonable. It's a bit pricey for what you get if paying for it. The coffee in the room was good and available on request all day. I love how they converted it from a foundry to a hotel and kept the industrial feel while still making it a beautiful place to stay. I found out my grandfather worked in that foundry.

The ice machines were out most of the time. They must have been dumping the ice into the pool because it was really cold! The toilet lids don't match the toilet, making a gap on one end and a porcelain ledge on the other. TMI?

The facilities are beautifully done and comfortable. The bistro food is good. Breakfast was great and lunch/dinner was great also.

We were not able to get the shade up in our room so it was a bit dark for my liking in the morning. It was a short stay so we didn’t ask for it to be fixed. I think you have to request for room service which we didn’t know so we returned to our room after being out and it had not been serviced. They only put two sets of towels in the room and we are a family of four so we had to ask for extra sets each day.

The staff was excellent. I was in town for my twin Sister's funeral. They were so kind. Very clean. Very well put together. My room was huge! I will stay again in the future.

The room I was in had a tub in the bathroom. I really prefer walk-in showers. Tubs are very difficult to use for anyone with a disability, or problems with functioning. Test was the only thing I didn't like.

Advertise breakfast with rate and upon check-in the receptionist stated I would have to pay for breakfast. Produced my email confirmation and after speaking with a couple of the I received a voucher for the breakfast

The hotel was very clean, spacious and sympathetically renovated to maintain a lot of the original features. We loved it. Our room was very big. staff were Excellent & a special mention to Ruth who went above & beyond. A credit to the hotel.

The room was amazing. You could have held a dance in there with all the space. Love the idea of refurbishing an old factory building into a hotel. View not the greatest.

Breakfast was in a sack (because of Covid-19). The employee handing out breakfast both days acted like she had other places to be. Not friendly at all. The first night the fire alarm went off five times from 8:00 pm to 3:30 am.

the building is absolutely beautifully redone. the room was spacious and my husband loved the fitness center.

I liked that it was the Old John Deere Warehouse! It was very clean and SUPER spacious. The rooms were huge, and the outdoor sitting area was gorgeous!

The pool was closed, the breakfast was bagged and not very many options, and the restaurant in the hotel is permanently closed.

The room was comfortable, modern, and reasonable.

The lack of front desk service when we requested towels. The person seemed bothered by the request and responded that they were out of towels with no status of when the towels would be clean to send more up.

The pool was closed due to Covid (the sign on the door stated this.) When we asked about a swimming pool prior to seeing the sign, we were told it was under renovation. Kind of ruins credibility when staff lie to you.
