The balcony off of our room was wonderful. It was very quiet and a very nice restaurant right next door, so we could just walk to it.
There was just a little confusion at the check-in counter. The clerk told us we had to pay at the desk with a credit card. I told them I paid with my wallet. I was calling you when a lady from the back room said it was all OK and that we did not have to pay. She checked on her computer and said, yes, I had paid with my wallet. They were very nice about it, so in the end, no problem.

Location is great. Food, shopping, and entertainment was close by. Rooms were nice and had comfortable beds. Staff was really helpful with swapping rooms for us. We were by the pool and it was busy with groups.

Very loud, racous crowd in the lobby. The shower gel,shampoo,conditioner bottles mounted in the shower are poorly positioned. Right in the middle of the shower so a tall person hits them while trying to shower. see photo

Room was very roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed my morning because of the blackout curtains. The bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Appreciated having a fridge and microwave.
Little disappointed the lounge wasn't open for evening drinks. Understand the circumstances though.
