The pool was warm, room was clean, front staff are very friendly, and most of all, the breakfast lady was a delight. She has breakfast ready on time, was smiling, greeted us as we walked in, and the food was fresh. You could tell she took pride in her work and cared about serving us.

The team members were great. Very engaging and knowledgeable of the area and their facilities. The pool area was very clean and tidy.
The bed in our room (225) should be replaced. That is the only thing that I felt was subpar compared to my previous stays at this location.

The staff was wonderful. Room is clean and smoke free. A comfortable place to stay. It's 10:30 and we haven't had breakfast yet, but I have high expectations. More to follow.

This was just an overnight stay on a road trip. The room was adequate but nothing special, definitely not worth the price we paid but the options were limited in the area. Breakfast was good though and the coffee was hot!

The hotel was convenient, and the cinnamon rolls for breakfast were delicious.
Our check-in experience was difficult - the hotel had mysteriously given our room to another guest and had no other similar rooms (king no smoking), so they had to put us in the family suite, with no remedy for the mix-up (their suggestion was to have us pay for the room at a lower price and then seek a refund from Booking.com, which sounded risky). Check-in took quite a while as they tried to figure out what had happened and how to remedy it. The room itself was dingy - the desk chair's covering was tattered and uncomfortable, and there was stain on the wall above the TV. The TV remotes were confusing and needed new batteries. Overall, the price seemed very high even before we arrived, and in retrospect it was extremely high.
