Comfort Inn & Suites Junction City - near Fort Riley

The breakfast was the best. I needed help opening my suitcase (I used a zip tie to close it ) . An employee helped me cut the zip tie. That was much needed. When I first got there the lady who was at the desk ,very friendly and it only took a minute to get checked in . The room was very clean . The temperature was great glad the air was on.

I had to take a bath in stead of a shower , the shower head didn't work. The room was very clean , so I didn't say anything .

Overall, it was a solid hotel experience. The room was clean, so was the bathroom, there was hot water and everything else that we expected from a hotel of this ranking. The fridge was small without a freezer, which was important to us, but probably won't be as important to others. There is a grocery store just a few minutes' walk away, but it closes at 8pm. There is a also a Walmart a little farther where one can get food. Breakfast was good enough and included hot options such as omelets, potatoes, sausages, and make-your-own waffles.

The check-in was one of the longest I have ever experienced. Although this was probably mostly due to the client who had lots of problems with her check-in and then a very large family with many kids who were staying in different rooms. My own check-in took about two minutes, as they normally do. But the line behind me was pretty long. The breakfast room is quite small for such a large hotel. We were lucky to come in just before many guests came in, so we were able to get a table just for ourselves. There are several large tables, so you are expected to eat breakfast with others school cafeteria style if you are not lucky enough to get a small table just for your own party. Or take it up to your room, I guess.

The front desk staff was warm and friendly. When I called because I arrived earlier than expected they were open to allowing me to check in a bit earlier than expected. The pool was well-maintained and warm. The place was clean and well taken care of.

The side of the bed I slept on felt like I was falling off due to the way the bed pad was placed. I am sure if I had asked they would have fixed it, but I didn't request that.

The front desk clerk she was very nice/ pleasant attitude. The room was very nice and what we needed because of our pets close to exit door. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the variety was excellent.., enjoyed the cranberry juice. This was a great hotel to stay at plus there were plenty of places to eat from and Walmart was Ina few feet walking distance.

The only thing I wish they would've had some type of bar to hold on to while getting in and out the shower/tub.

close to the interstate. easy off easy on. great choices of restaurants within the block. Walmart and other businesses across the street. gas station across the street yet you was still located in an area that was quite and not bothered by noise. staff was very helpful

We stayed here to attend our former foster child's funeral and everyone was amazing. The staff was wonderful and even allowed us to stay closer to the funeral time, instead of checking out and being forced to be dressed for a funeral and in a town we didn't know, just waiting. The hotel was clean...and for me to say that is HUGE. I almost always find stuff that I don't feel was cleaned properly but they did an amazing cleaning job. My kids enjoyed the pool that morning, while we waited for time to get ready and my adult children loved the hot tub! Not much hot breakfast due to Covid but still several options to choose from otherwise....and the biscuits and gravy were the best I've had at a hotel in awhile. It's also a great location...Right off the Hwy and across the street from a Wal-Mart and several food places, if you need them.

Honestly, I have no complaints. If I could have had a couch in our room, allowing it to be a suite style as other locations, that would have been amazing. But no real complaints.

The staff was friendly. There were snacks and drinks avaliable in the lobby and room. Very clean and quiet. The amout of pillows on the bed was perfect. The pool was amazing!

We had our baby with us and dident think to ask for a crib, so we had to cosleep. The cops came to arrest the man across the hall, their knocking woke us up right as we were going to bed.

I loved all of the fronts best people and all the stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. With a great location

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakhad a good variety and it is located close the the highway and restaurants/shopping.

The staff member that checked us in seemed very displeased that she had to stop what she was doing to check us in.

Everything was fantastic for our family. Clean rooms, kind staff, excellent hot continental breakfast, nice indoor pool facilities, and great location near (walking distance!) to good restaurants. This was a perfect place to stay as we came towards the end of a long road trip. The "comfort inn" in Junction City indeed deserves this name.
