Convenient location directly off the interstate and within easy reach of the metro area. Staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and kept stocked throughout.

Rooms were clean but not meticulously so. I'm not a fussy person but I did notice some small things, especially in the bathroom. Parking lot is a mess of potholes. And I can't rate it higher until the pool is fixed.

Location was very good! The room was very nice, and the bed comfortable.....enjoyed your breakfast for guests in the morning.

In the room we stayed in, the shower faucet handle needs some work. Unless you really turn it tight, water keeps dribbling out. Even after turning tight, it still drips a little.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! Kathy checked us in and she was very pleasant. The hotel was clean, and modern. The pool was open. We used the laundry facilities with no problems. There is a business center & gym (we didn't use these). The hotel is in walking distance to El Porto, a Mexican restaurant, as well as other fast food places. Breakfast was good. There were warm and cold options. We stayed in a king room (218). It was clean, spacious, and COMFORTABLE. The bed was sooo lovely. I forgot to ask what kind of mattress it was. I had the best sleep. I would have loved to stay longer, but it was just an overnight stay.

These things aren't deal breakers or really anything bad. We had a great experience. Things for the hotel to consider would be: add a change machine in the laundry room, turning up the temp in the hot tub (it was more luke warm), and bigger towels.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The breakfast meats were not good. But with plenty of other options there was something for everyone from sweets, to oatmeal, to cereal or eggs and sausage with toast.

Very strong smell from old carpets that need updating. Especially strong in the elevator.

breakfast was fine, the location perfect. The staff was just wonderful. Jarrod was so helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Only thing was there was a lot of snow piled around one the sidewalk and in the parking lot. Ground not scraped very good. but we just watched real close where we walked so as not to fall. minor detail for us.

Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean.

Not enough sound proofing on doors could hear the hallway. Also the ac was very outdated and did not stay on or off long enough. Was hard to sleep through the night.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a wonderfully large room with two queen beds and they were quite comfy. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The bed! I've stayed in more hotel rooms than I can count; including a 5 star 4 diamond hotel and the bed we had was in the top 5 beds we've ever slept in in a hotel. I know, sounds crazy. Very plush mattress topper. Sheets are softer than ours at home. I was shocked. Hotel is newer I'm guessing because it's very clean and brand new looking throughout. Excellent breakfast! Sausage croissants and burritos yogurts and other things to choose from.

Pool was closed unexpectedly.

Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were given in advance due to COVID-19 protocols. Very convenient location and easy to get to stores and restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

The pool was undergoing maintenance while we were there, but not a big deal for us.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and we appreciated that the motel was pet friendly. Breakfast was yummy too-lots of healthy choices. We will stay there again.
