I chose to stay here because of the location, and have had a good experience with the amenities! Indoor pool and a sauna, made my night! Also, there are several restaurants within walking distance! As for TV entertainment, they had a good selection of channels, that not every hotel carries!

It's hard to say what I didn't like..if I had to be picky, I would say that the staff could try harder to make sure they vacuum..I stepped on something that looked like broken glass chard, however it didn't affect me..

Front desk staff (forgot his name) on our checkin was very friendly and efficient. and was very receptive and helpful in moving us to another room when we had a problem with the initial pet room. The changed pet room accomodation was much improved and we appreciated his accomadating our concern. Breakfast choices were varied and quite good and above the standard for similar type hotels.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We needed a pet friendly hotel and liked that there was the ability to walk the dog around.

I understand cost of cable is getting crazy but I would have liked access to even basic channels. After a long day in the car I would have liked to watched something.

I could smell dog urine in our room. every time I woke up in the middle of the night, I could smell the residue of where the dog urine had been cleaned. Breakfast was just fair - would’ve preferred having some plain scrambled eggs or boiled eggs. would have liked oatmeal.

Front desk staff were so pleasant and accommodating. All areas of the hotel were clean & pool area was very nice. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Would like a few more options at breakfast - yogurt and fresh fruit.

shower in room had mold at bottom corner part of walls pealing and ceiling cause of moisture I guess. All in bathroom. The room had something in corner that they put a wash cloth over

pet friendly and friendly staff. like the concept of a first floor pet wing near excellent outdoor area

looks like half the first floor has been upgraded. extending the non-carpet flooring into the pet rooms, raising the window curtains above pee level and same with bedspreads would help reduce inevitable accidents.

Only one elevator for a full hotel so lots of waiting. Breakfast from 1-10 a 5. Little variety, no fruit and eggs tasted like powder eggs. Many items gone by 8:30 with closing at 9.

Very nice place to stay. We had a big room with a couch. Very clean with a comfortable bed. Great breakfast and in the evening they had popcorn and chocolate chip cookies.

The shower upstairs was so noisy it sounded like it was in our room. Luckily they took one early. There's no freezer section in the fridge for our ice packs, but that was ok because the entire fridge froze everything. Lol. We only had a couple things and our ice packs did stay frozen.

This was the half way point for us driving and that is why we stopped. Amazing, clean and fresh. There is construction going on, but after you get into the place it's worth it. Fresh popcorn and cookies in the lobby. Nice pool and spa and very large rooms. Breakfast...Wow pancakes, eggs, hash browns (fresh). Best we have ever had at a hotel. The desk girl told us to go to the Mexican place in the front for dinner...was very good and we were out of the construction as we walked there.
