I didn’t have breakfast, however I checked it out and was pleased with the variety and freshness of the buffet. The dining area was incredibly clean and while I was checking the buffet, a dining staff came and asked if I had any questions or if she could help me in any way. She was personable and friendly.

The room lighting could have been better/brighter. The room seemed somewhat dark and putting on makeup in the bathroom would have benefited with better lighting. Overall, the room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

You know what you get in Holiday Inn. Staff was amazing, I think her name was Teri? We checked in at around 11 and she was amazing, so kind and helpful, when we went to get some frozen food from the market she was so helpful and let us know what local food chains were open around us as an option! The Room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were great, the breakfast was great too! check in and out were a breeze, it was a great little place to recuperate from our long trip.

Beautiful property. Excellent staff: Miss Terri and Devin. Great breakfast. Room is gorgeous. TV channels good selection. Extremely clean. All staff go above and beyond to create a wonderful guest experience. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Great room! Great beds!!! Quiet,clean, hot shower... just a very comfortable stay... and continental breakfast awesome... coffee ,pancakes, and woman working the breakfast area very welcoming and accommodating..thanks to her and staff.

Breakfast was good with hot and cold options for both of us. Building was well maintained and clean. Very quiet even though there were many guests.

Guest were not using the disposable plastic gloves provided by the hotel in the breakfast buffet area. One man was grabbing the bread with his hands and everything else on the food line bare handed and was belligerent when asked to use gloves he said he didn't believe in Covid and he had every right to not wear a mask or gloves so we just left. It is unfortunate but I suppose the hotel staff can't control inconsiderate behavior.

Hotel is clean, well maintained with helpful and friendly staff. Can't really ask anymore than that. Convenient location for cross country road trip. Area has restaurants, fast food and a walmart to restock basic goods.

The staff was friendly, well managed and the breakfast was very nice. Above all it was a clean room with no odors of chemical cleaning products

Perhaps adjusting the HVAC to a reasonable temperature right before an arrival would be nice so that the room is not so stuffy on arrival

The only thing that would have made our stay better was quieter quests. There was a lot of noise early in the morning - but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

It was cozy, clean.

There was no jacuzzi in the swimming pool area as noted in booking.com site. Breakfast was chaotic, staff would bring additional food and it would disappear in minutes due to lack of food for so many people waiting.

The front desk staff was wonderful as was the workout room. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was perfect. Our floor was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

The treadmils in the workout room had TV's attached and they didn't work. I also wished there was another elevator.
